Did you apprentice under someone or did a family member teach you how to be a jeweler? I’ve always wanted to make jewelry or watches but I can’t find anyone in my tiny podunk town to teach me. So I’m doing the next best thing which is trying to teach myself watch repair and servicing. I’ve slowly bought all the tools and equipment that I need over a period of time because it’s a very expensive hobby. And I’m just working my through different movements practicing disassembly and then reassembly of said movements. Anyway beautiful work man! Awesome.

How so? It’s pretty thick, so bending it probably takes quite some force and if you bend it sideways passed the closing point, it won’t come out
It has opening id it snags on anything and u keep walking its gonna break either the clasp or other links in the chain
