really excellent video, but just wondered what a normal sets and reps were for neurodynamic mobilisations?

I am confused. How does neck extension slacken a nerve in the leg that originates in the low back?

to be clear it is not that obvious. the spinal cord occupies the midline of the body. how can flexion stretch the cord like it might the splenii or erector spinae group, for example?

Joel Hamm R.Ac. via the continuation of the cord within the neck up to the brainstem

Renegade Thinker I am not sure what that means. it is tissues on the outer radius of a fulcrum that become stretched. how does this stretch factor on the midline?

Joel Hamm R.Ac. now I'm confused. the nerve is connect from the leg, to the low back, up via the cord, to the neck and head. like tugging a piece of string?

Renegade Thinker it makes me think of bending a wet noodle. where is the pulling?
