Yes, so you must enter SafeMode. You must follow the video and activate SafeMod. Type in the run...msconfig, then boot, then press SafeMode, then restart. The WinOS will appear black, and then use the program normally.
@@tareqbyt4930 i tried msconfig to enter safe mode but i cant enter safe mode,my pc bug idk But later randomly i entered safe mode when I don't want to enter safe mode and removed defender . Thanks
