@@sweetsavant Hi love! Made them today and they came out GREAT! Took a little longer to get tender, 2.5 hrs, but they were awesome! I added onion and red peppers to the pouch. So nice to have this meal without heating up my house! Thanks SO much again for sharing! ❤

Thank you. We have just found your channel as we have just purchased our XL. My husband is out like a puppy watching for the delivery, ( not due for two more days....) Being South Africans. We do 90% of our cooking outside on the braai. This is our first indoor electric smokeless. This episode is making him crazy. He swears he could smell the meat as you unwrapped the steam cycle. You taught him so much.....mainly to be much more patient. When you added the extra 35 minutes ti tender up the meat more. We spend 1/2 year in U.S and 1/2 year in Somerset West, 30 miles south east of Cape Town... So we plan on purchasing one when we get back. Found them available from several sellers. Only difference is our S.A. Foodi will be 230v...
Thank Goodness we can still get your youtube postings. Back home. Blessings and Thanks. Siriah

Why is it better to do the first part without the basket? I’m cooking some (much smaller amount) for these folks, & am hoping to get them done at least a bit sooner (limited time). Using their Corsori air fryer.

    • @Lady_Cyndia

No, for it to come out tender, you need to fully enclose with foil. Without foil, it will still cook through, but not be tender.
