- Healthy kadhi ingredients:-
1)Jeera(cumin seeds)
2)Coriander seeds
3)Kasturi Merhi
4)Dry red chillies-2
5)Salt
6)Garlic
7)Onions
8)Spinach(Palak)
9)Oil or Ghee
10)Yogurt(Dahi)
11)Chickpeas flour(Besan)
12)turmeric
13)red chili powder
14)Punjabi kadhi masala or any other masala of your choice
15)Garam masala
16)Lemon or lime if yogurt is not sour enough for kadhi.
17)Hing(Asafoetida)
