Shoutout to Evilswarm Exciton Knight & Number 101: Silent Honor ARK for basically being THE defining Xyz monsters during their prime (the former was even BANNED for a while)
Early into xyz yes you are 100% right but now silent honor ark is only played in shark decks and personally its very good there but is a turn 2 or 3 play after stealth kraken plays

Correction: Xyz monsters are currently the second most represented Extra Deck monsters on the banned section of the Banlist. First being the Link Monsters.

Turn 1 combo, super consistent, gets a 3k/2k boss with a negate and destruction immunity on board.
Even though it isn‘t on here: Azathoth has one of the best artworks in the game. Sadly the Outer Entitys aren‘t rlly playable. Love their artworks ;-;

I didn't understand really why shock master was so high, but then only a soft once per turn on cancelling a third of effects is insane
It's a lingering card that shuts down a full mechanic. Pretty unfair stuff tbh

Broadbull is up there. So much shenanigans enabled by that one card. Drident is good but shouldn’t be banned. Broadbull on the other hand can rot.

Neo galaxy eyes Photon Dragon can beat any xyz monster with his efects.
I'd say personally utopic zexal is one the best xyz monsters it was so oppressive in numeron a few years ago
