I bought the wife and I this machine and suggested accessories about a year ago based on this video and other research. We love it. I will say we thought we would use the option to use the two hoppers for decaf or regular a lot more than we do, but it is a still a nice machine. Another thing to keep in mind is we goofed with the settings too much and ended up having to go back and putting it back closer to default. It will make an obnoxiously strong coffee if you ask it to, and this is potentially off-putting to guests, etc. so keep that in mind if you get one. It might be best to use as it comes a few days and make small adjustments over time if you want to make it stronger or play with the milk/foam options. That being said, we cannot imagine going back to the pod coffee maker we had before. My wife even frowns at the thought of stopping for coffee at her former favorite place, to her it is just not as good as what is at home. Even with the price of machine, accessories, ongoing maintenance supplies, milk and coffee, this machine has paid for itself in less than 12 months vs stopping for 2 coffees daily. Add that to the convenience factor of having it available at all times and it's a no brainer with hopefully years of service left in the unit. Thanks for these videos, they are very helpful.
I have a S8 and am looking into possibly upgrading. Love my current Jura, but one thing...I hate having to clean the milk dispenser after every use. If I forget, it sometimes gets clogged. Is the process different with the GIGA 10?
I owned an S8 for three years and then sold it. After not having it for 6 months I started to miss it. Now I am looking at either a GIGA 10 or Z10. Still haven't decided but I will be buying one or the other.
Thanks for the most informative review of the Giga 10. I need to replace my Gaggia and the J8 caught my attention. I don’t care about “sweet foam” and don’t like separate milk spout and manual grind adjustment. That led me to the Z10 but I think the Giga 10 UI, profile function and menu structure is far better than the Z10. That coupled with the fact that I already blend regular and decaf beans in single hopper is driving me to take the plunge and go with the Giga 10. If I save $1,000 and get the Z10, I’ll disappointed and kicking myself in less than a month.
Is this their top-of-the-line unit or is there one better? Great review I’m going to purchase this or if they have a better unit. I’ll get that one. Please advise. Thank you.
2nd Question if I may - You made a Flat white in this video... Do you have to "CLEAN" the head with cleaner if the very next drink is NOT a milk based drink? Or will it "PURGE" first to clean prior to expresso (For example)
Hi, thanks for the question. No you don't have to clean it because milk foam and espresso come out from different spouts so when you make an espresso-based beverage after a milk-based one, there will be no milk residue in your cup 😀
Hi, thanks for the question. While it can be used in a very small (up to 5 people) office, we generally recommend looking at the professional Jura line rather than GIGA line for home
The Z10 stands out for its innovative approach to cold brew, and its modern design is a hit with many users. However, the Giga 10 is a powerhouse with dual boilers, two grinders, and the cold brew function as well. It's perfect for high-volume use, making it an excellent choice for larger households or small offices. Your personal coffee needs, preferred drink types, and budget are all factors that will guide your decision. Rest assured, both machines are top-notch, so you're in for a treat regardless of your choice! 😀

Did you get it? Would love to know how you found it.
Yes we did and we love it!
Two bean hoppers, two grinders, multiple on the fly drink options and 4 user profiles sealed the deal.

Thank you for your feedback! Either machine will be a great addition to your coffee setup! 😀
Can I have decaf on one side and regular on the other? My wife drinks decaf and i like regular.
That is correct! That's' the biggest advantage of the Giga 10 - dual grinders & bean hoppers

Yes, Jura Giga 10 is the latest and greatest addition to the Jura coffee machines lineup and it is indeed top-of-the line model 😀

Hi…good information. Does this machine allow you to add flavor/ syrup to milk foam?

How can I force the machine to make 600 ml latte macchiato without using JOE app?
Hi, How many coffees does this machine make and what coffees does it make?
It is good for small business, or only for home?

Doesn’t show how to turn the machine on and off, which would help
