Hi, Even if i preheat my double wall cup and set the temperature for coffee and foam to the High, my cappuccino is not hot enough. Which settings on this machine will allow me to increase the temperature of Cappuccino? Thanks
It is great that the machine senses if a cup is under the brewer. It's also smart enough to know what the grind size should be based on the type of drink selected. But for a $3K high-end super-automatic, why can't it automatically adjust the grind? ... especially when/if I am controlling it via the app remotely? Seems like a major oversight.

So its high level -cost coffee machine, but cant make double Latte or Cappuccino, only single cup at a time. Other machines allows even choose what will be 1st, milk or coffee for milk drink and no need to move the cup around where milk drinks can be made or only coffee. If it was ment intentionally then i dont understand why, make things more complicated. If this functionallity are sacrifificed for design then yes, design are looks very good, but other top brands are not much different in terms of look.
Absolutely great machine, with the glaring exception of the syrup infuser. What a piece of junk for a $3k machine. It doesn't fit snugly and often drops into the drink. It's a very poor design. I modified mine. I added an O ring to compress the plastic sleeve so it would grab tighter to the nozzle. But that meant I had to trim the rubber top. Now it fits securely, but the infuser leaks a bit out of the top. I'll put up with that. Jura needs a quick rethink. Whoever passed this through design needs to actually think about unintended consequences. It should have been designed to screw on or to clip on in some way. A compression fit is just bad, and cannot possibly last long term as plastic parts' elasticity will change over time and constant use.

Jura machines seem to have an issue with getting the drinks hot enough.

Owned this machine for 8 months and the syrup container hasn’t fallen off once.
Creamy Cappuccino??? Jura cant handle coffee first then milk making Cappuccino - ends in construction foam
so what machine do you suggest?
