The house is saying a lot but...That road on a new estate is terrible. it sinking already and you can see a dip in it. paving a constantly used road will lead to further issues down the line making the estate look run down and the remedy is expensive for all the residents to have to chip in! nice to see the wooden scaffold but on a hi-spec build afford the workmen and women cutting edge equipment and the whole build benefits.

I will use that Cinema as a game room😊

The interior is everywhere but nowhere. Feels so cramped despite no furniture. The developer really tried so hard to make it look upscale, but nah! Slapping cheap led lights everywhere won’t cut it too.
