Playing this after P5 made me realise I’m liking the Investigation Team more than I did the Phantom Thieves. This group had so much more dynamic and scenes that really made me enjoy them more.
I love each of the group dynamics, but idk which I prefer over the Investigation Team or The Phantom Thieves, since The P4 group are normal kids who became detectives in a murder case and coming to terms with the truth while P5 in the most simplest terms is the society meme.
I haven't played persona 5 so I don't know about the phantom thieves, but man some of the scenes make the persona 4 characters feel like their dicks. The girls assulting the men in the hot springs when it was their turn, yosuke telling he doesn't feel safe with kanji cause he's bisexual, and the beauty pageant. All of these scenes feel really out of character of them and makes them come off as fucking assholes
@@Christian-gr3gu most of these scenes like the concert weren’t in the original game. They were added in by “intern joe” who just splayed P4 and went “oh this is happy game”, and wrote in this bull shot that never fits the tone or characters.
The most unbelievable part of this game isn't the portal to another world through a TV, but them being able to play this song after one week of practicing instruments they never ever played before (Naoto being the exception).
It was thx to the power of friend ship and team work if only they had a interview and tell the world it took them 3 days to learn how to make music (also yosuke had some experience with his instrument)
I'm playing Persona 4 for the first ever time and I just passed this scene. Seeing the guys attempt to crowd surf only to be dodged and fall on their faces made me cackle loudly! So far the game has been a lot of fun.
it works better with the japanese version. the song normally has backup vocals in japanese, but for some reason they didn’t add them into the american version. if you want to look up the song, it’s called true story and is one of my personal favorite tracks in the game.
This moment is what sold me to this cast, i was literally smiling like an idiot for the whole performance, Rise was so damn awesome and competent, it made me appreciate her so much, it reminded me when i had to do school recitals as a kid. Definetly my favourite slice of life moment in the whole series.
Some people find a fix that works, some don't, and others don't have the issue in the first place. Since I know the plot in the first place, I'm fine just watching the cutscenes on TH-cam. I tried looking into it a few days after the game's release, but I didn't find anything that worked for. I could probably find a fix now though, since it's been a few months instead of a few days.. 🤔

My question is how they didn’t become local celebrities after this. This town is small as hell and in the animation people kept stumbling on narukami as he was talking with various social links.
Inoue , Rise's ex manager, said it: "Kanamin is just an ordinary girl. We can take an ordinary girl, we can polish her, and she'll be a star. But Rise? Rise is a natural, she's already so very gifted, she has that spark." Even in such short time, and with bootleg crew, probably wrote her own song too (since she could not use any from her previous job) and no production house backing her, she could pull off this show. Had it been Kanamin trying to do what Rise did here, she'd fail. my point is: Rise is extraordinary, even when compared to other idols. She's more than just an idol.
My only gripe with this scene is why the hell are they still wearing their uniforms?! When I was a student, I took off my uniform every opportunity I could. Here you have them playing at a concern wearing their uniforms lol
They explain that before the show. It's because they didn't have time to make costumes or anything, and the next school day, they were going to start wearing their winter uniforms anyway. So it just worked out like that for convenient recognizable outfits.
It's a real shame when they make short English covers of Japanese songs in anime and games, yet never make full versions. Laura is a phenomenal singer.

Persona 4 Golden is a not-skibidi mess. The characters are boring, the story is tedious, and the gameplay is just a repetitive grind. God I really need to take a shit rn but I HAVE to write this-the whole game feels like a waste of time. Despite all the praise, it’s a dull experience that doesn’t live up to the hype.
