Personally, I believe there is at least one “battle for everyone’s souls” moment theme for most of the personas P1: honestly, the main battle theme i can’t remember I think P2: yes. Just yes, p2 music was really good P3: we all know what it is, it’s battle for everyone’s souls P4: this stuff, right here, I’ll face myself reincarnation P5: there are many choices but hype-wise, I’d give it to our beginning.
This stirred up emotions in me that I'm grateful for. I heard this in the fights with Marie, who I've really learned to empathize with in the dungeon leading up to it. A being who wants to run away and cease to exist, because that plane of nonexistence is more tranquil than a bitter reality. That pain was something I was determined to save her from, to stop a story from ending in such a horrible way. Seeing the way that what is practically her own shadow acted only fueled that fire. Marie is my favorite character now.
Finding out something about yourself that you wish you never discovered and wanting to run away from that truth is a thing that a lot of people can relate to, including myself.

There's seriously far too many people here who think they can handle getting told all the nastiest bits about themselves by the literal anthropomorphic Avatar of those traits.
One would think that facing one's own shadow would be psychologically traumatizing on many levels. It doesn't matter how prepared you are to face it, your mind just isn't equipped to handle it in the emotional sense, especially if there are others with you. This is why you collapse when you face your shadow, your not MEANT to face it, as it would normally be impossible to do so without the TV world. Therefor you are not prepared for it to happen. On top of that, your shadow is your antithesis, your opposite. You naturally wear your social mask well, so well, in fact, that you suppress your inner self. This causes you to hate or be disgusted by your shadow, and reject it. To accept your shadow means to accept all that you are, the good AND the bad, all your regrets, all your sins, all your fears, and all your failures.

This game got me to care about Marie way more than I ever thought Marie reminds me of my little sister who’s only about a year younger than me. She can be rude, shut off, and uptight, but at the end of the day she’s still my sister and I wouldn’t trade her for anything. I thought only P5 has that theme? Although, I love both personally. Conflicts abt a part of yourself you tried to forget, conversations abt the meaning of life-- themes that every so often passes our minds, and it's so relatable in our daily lives. I might be too into politics nowadays, but P5's themes really intrigued me. Sometimes I listen to the OST (especially pre-Royal for some reason, they just have that rebellion vibe the most) and it's just a simplified callout to not only "rotten adults", but society as a general who's too scared or ignorant to change the status quo. I think I can relate to the sheer anger these songs have, but I can understand if someone doesn't. It's definitely less personal, but it forces me to think abt the world surrounding me more That vibe kinda got lost the moment magic is involved ngl, rebellion is a theme that's constantly present in P5 games but a part of me so wish they focused more on the "critique on society" part. Rebellion is a vague term after all, what are you rebelling against?

P4 golden holds a special place in my heart it was my first persona game,atlus game and the first game that i coudn't predict wat would happen.The social links gave me a laugh and felt bad for the characters plus teddie is one of my favourite characters in all games and his story was an odd one but a sad one too.The good ending path get's pretty depressing.When i played it for the first time i was like meh up until the camp trip then most of the time i had a chuckle and was invested in the story.

There's seriously far too many people here who think they can handle getting told all the nastiest bits about themselves by the literal anthropomorphic Avatar of those traits.
One would think that facing one's own shadow would be psychologically traumatizing on many levels. It doesn't matter how prepared you are to face it, your mind just isn't equipped to handle it in the emotional sense, especially if there are others with you. This is why you collapse when you face your shadow, your not MEANT to face it, as it would normally be impossible to do so without the TV world. Therefor you are not prepared for it to happen. On top of that, your shadow is your antithesis, your opposite. You naturally wear your social mask well, so well, in fact, that you suppress your inner self. This causes you to hate or be disgusted by your shadow, and reject it. To accept your shadow means to accept all that you are, the good AND the bad, all your regrets, all your sins, all your fears, and all your failures.
The shadow saying they're the true self Implied they were the real one which made you question further what those shadows were, an accurate representation of who they really are or an overkill version of someone's fears. when say "I am a shadow of your true inner self" it cuts off some of those questions implying they're not entirely accurate to the true inner self.

Marie reminds me of my little sister who’s only about a year younger than me. She can be rude, shut off, and uptight, but at the end of the day she’s still my sister and I wouldn’t trade her for anything.
It’s one of the reasons I always pick the “she’s my sister” choice during her rank 1 SL

During this boss battle i didn’t understand that I had to break their elements with items so I only used almighty attacks the whole battle… I only had Yu and Naoto dealing damage the entire time. The fight took 2 hours to beat

I came here looking for this theme without realizing how much there actually is to it. Marie's will to fight usually ebbs way before the second half of this song, so I'd never heard it before. My appreciation for this song has grown exponentially.

I thought only P5 has that theme? Although, I love both personally. Conflicts abt a part of yourself you tried to forget, conversations abt the meaning of life-- themes that every so often passes our minds, and it's so relatable in our daily lives. I might be too into politics nowadays, but P5's themes really intrigued me. Sometimes I listen to the OST (especially pre-Royal for some reason, they just have that rebellion vibe the most) and it's just a simplified callout to not only "rotten adults", but society as a general who's too scared or ignorant to change the status quo. I think I can relate to the sheer anger these songs have, but I can understand if someone doesn't. It's definitely less personal, but it forces me to think abt the world surrounding me more
That vibe kinda got lost the moment magic is involved ngl, rebellion is a theme that's constantly present in P5 games but a part of me so wish they focused more on the "critique on society" part. Rebellion is a vague term after all, what are you rebelling against?

P4 golden holds a special place in my heart it was my first persona game,atlus game and the first game that i coudn't predict wat would happen.The social links gave me a laugh and felt bad for the characters plus teddie is one of my favourite characters in all games and his story was an odd one but a sad one too.The good ending path get's pretty depressing.When i played it for the first time i was like meh up until the camp trip then most of the time i had a chuckle and was invested in the story.
