I tried shaving my face with the Andis and it was not a comfortable experience, though it works fine for light duty balding out. FYI- there is a version without the cleaning base and a version that isn’t rated for wet shaving. That isn’t all standard.
I'm i the only person who couldn't get Braun 900 to shave away my 5 o'clock shadow? I pass the thing over the same spot yen times and still can't get the hairs to disappear. What's the point?
Before you use it on the next client do you dust-it out with the Lil brush comes with it or rinse-it with water to prevent irritation on the next client??

I have thin hair and I’m balding little bit in the middle so you don’t need to much so much time to make it shaved. I would appreciate if you would answer sir.
I’m surprised a lot of you barbers are barely starting to use the Braun series shaver. I been using this product for over 10 years plus. I remember when this product dropped a long ass time ago with the self cleaning stand. But I understand the reason why barbers haven’t known about this product or if they did know about it they just wasn’t trying to invest the 200 Plus $ in buying this product also not many barbers used electric shavers like these period.
there is nothing wrong with the wahl clipper , it is the cord, just may need to replace the cord. My Wahl has lasted me 5 years and it is still going, just saying,

I do just what you showed us with the andis but wihth my wahl,, I was never sure how the Braun would hold up with that much use. I always thought it was just for at home use for one person. Stopped using shavers all together. All i use is the straight razor. I throw some aloe Vera on the head and razor them bald. Fades come out nice and smooth imo and it doesn't irritate anyone. Don't know if ima go back to shavers in the future. Great video though.
Velez Cuts some people can't take the razor just like some people can only use foil shavers instead of rotary shavers. But I agree with you because if the client can take the razor, a nickel for a derby blade vs $350 for a braun shaver is crazy! Plus you might be able to up charge the razor service.
Guys does the braun series 9 shave closer than a common razor(for example gilette proglide fusion)? because i always SHAVE MY HEAD with the gilettes and im currently thinking about buying the braun series 9 !!! plz help!!!!!!!
I'd say not as much. No electric shaver does. And the closest cut you'll is with the panasonic arc 5 but that electric shaver requires more passes and the 9 series is the overall best electric shaver there is right now. That being said, if you plan to use it while dry shaving, it's more convenient, you'll save some time and you'll be able to shave your head while doing other stuff like watching tv.
You can still save time with just a regular foil shaver andis or wahl. Instead of putting your guideline first THEN shave with the trimmer, then shave with the foil? Why dont you just use ur trimmer to cut as you create ur guide. You just go up and stop where u want it to be. Then use the foil. That's basically just two steps right there.

No struggle because those trimmers aren’t zero gapped and run time is decent about 4/5 cuts keep in mind though those are the cordless seniors in that video they have a shorter run time because they are stronger

Literally never had a problem with the cord every problem I’ve had has been internal where wires have come apart

Invest in your craft. Razor blades are nice but the Braun gives you the closest shave.

That's not a wet setting. It stops the head pivoting. You can use it wet or dry, no setting.
