Wow! First time buyer of a Ring Camera. I've watched about 25 videos; yours was the most informative out of all of them. I was using the screw driver to open the battery slider; you showed the claw pull, that worked, I was so happy. I did manage to pull the battery out and now charging it. I have assumed the yellow light means it needs charging or does it have to show the red light? Just subscribed. Thank you!

Is it possible to make the videos full screen from the Event History videos? It is possible when I scroll back from the live view but I can’t save the videos from this part of the app, only the Event History. Any help would be hugely appreciated x

Hello, The Ring Battery Doorbell Plus has a security screw at the bottom that locks the faceplate, preventing easy removal of the battery. Plus, Ring offers a theft protection policy-if it’s stolen, they’ll replace it for free as long as you file a police report. Hope that helps! Thank you for watching
