Steyr Breeze CLII Carbon Fibre Suppressed Rifle

- The Steyr CL II Breeze available as a walnut or carbon fibre stocked version with a short 16 inch barrel in either .308 Win or 6.5 CM which is covered from the action to beyond the muzzle with a carbon fibre suppressor. It perfectly balances the rifle as well as achieving a very low nose signature for stealthy shooting. Steyr are also well known for their accuracy from their cold hammer forged barrels they build in house and available in either with Safe Bolt System (SBS) as on this CL II model or hand cocking system on the SM12 version.
Add to this the double stack 4 shot magazine with ten shot option and very precise trigger unit with single stage and set trigger option for a lighter let off All you need is a decent scope, zero in and off you go stalking with a well balanced, accurate and quiet rifle.

Great review. Thank you! Would be lovely if the CIP approved the new 8.6 Blackout cartridge and Steyr offered it in that chambering. Not sure what will happen at Steyr, though, as the company has been sold and my worry is that the new owners will concentrate only on the military business.
Many pcp air rifles here in Arg have that shroud system :D
On average 35 fps is lost to one inch-shorter barrel. Yes, you will lose energy. 308 win 168 gr bullet is slower 190 fps than my 20-inch barrel.

Hi Bruce with reloading the lighter bullet 110 vmax or 125 nosler bt you should get it up there were it needs to be in fps

@@broadswordballistics hi Bruce it would show how important it would be to get the best out of a short barrel setup and that it is a good stalking rifle with short barrel N133 would be my choice powder wise

As it’s part of the rifle, Would the shroud/moderator still need listing separately on your firearms licence?
No it does not its like the fully suppressed cz they did awhile ago. You don't need a variation for the moderator if its attached permanently
@@Lethal_Intent At 11:15 it shows it is fully removable. From a legal perspective how does it differ from a more conventional moderator?
