    Wow! I appreciate you guys doing moves for big guys. Please keep it up, especially the quality of these videos.
    How about doing a video on how to stand your ground as a big guy against a zone defense, where it always feels like there are 10 pairs of hands grabbing at the ball in the post!? That would be much needed.

    I have the mechanics down, especially the footwork but people don't seem to really bite on the fake. I usually have to fade out a lot to get that shot off. Any tips? Am I not showing the ball enough?

    I never had the legs to dunk. But I love the post and I'm not as tall as Olajuwon. Impressive but I play for fun and I like playing off the wing now

      Thanks man! It could be a mixture of your Jump Technique and Strength / Conditioning. You should be working on both to get the best results, and be sure to record your jump to compare against our videos, or our full programs (if you're serious) like Instant Shock 2.0!

    your first dribble kinda look like a travel. i think its important that Hakeem mostly hop into his post shake so so can have both foot as pivot the way you do it you can only go one way but if you hop in to it you can go both left for a one legged fade and go right for a hook.
