yo adam I realized that I have to use a lot of strength and power to jump high why is this and how do I make jumping easy again please help me ? Keep in mind that I was training my vertical with weights and plyometric also I was seeing gains and jumping became easier as I kept training that's when I realized that I had to use a lot of energy to jump high let me what I could do to fix that please
