So how can I tell if mines wifi or version or not I’m new to the pc thing and am trying to figure it out so will it say it with the product or do I have to do a bit of digging?

Hi, great video for newbys like me, I'm old school and have never used a bios like this before, I have found it very easy to navigate but, I have a windows 10 boot problem, I have tried many times with many different adjustments, I was lucky and managed to boot win10 but then nothing, I have tried again from scratch trying all sorts. I've cleared CMOS also to make sure its a clean setup, and tried different graphic cards. I don't have this WiFi version but the board is the b450 the same and I have 16gb of ram over 4 slots again trying different combinations and less and more stick changes, I have the newest bios that was downloaded via Ethernet and have a ryzen 5 3600. My issue is when I try and load windows it stalls on the spinning dots, but I have noticed if I have different keyboards or mouse it changes when it stalls, I have used a PS/2 keyboard a all in one wireless USB keyboard/mouse, switching certain USB sockets off/on and as I say it changes where it stalls. I'm not sure what the GPUs makes or capablilties are but my son has loaned one from he's which he said is shit hot lol. Am I right in thinking with this board a CPU I need a separate GPU? I was Lucky as I bought just the second hand gaming housing and the mobo and cpu were included all for £1 from eBay, I thought I was buying a empty case but once I got it home I realized had extra and after contacting the seller he said he just bought a new set up and wanted this one to go to a good home.

You are explaining just what is written anyway but i want to know for what those possibilities are for. I know that I can change a thing but for what purpose.
So to change the fan speeds do you need to click on say standard save and exit the bios and that’s it’s ? Great vid btw cheers
Would have been nice to see the options within pcie as people using risers will need to set it to 3.0 instead of 4.0 since you can't really get 4.0 riser cables yet and it tends to act up. But nice video!

The feature that is most important on Asus MB is the bios flashback. some people think that you can't erase the AGESA update,(if you roll back). that's not true. you can erase it. you just need to short the clear CMOS ram before rolling back. then flash it.
you can also update the motherboard with no CPU no graphics card no ram nothing, all you need is the 24 pin power connector. awesome MB.
Just bought this motherboard. Last pc I built is 14yrs old. Bios has changed a lot!

One more question I have the ASUS thunderboltex 3tr. I go to thunderbolt host chipset it only has option for titan ridge and alpine one 🤷 Do you know the settings for that inside Amd pbs?

how many usb ports are on the front of the motherboard? i plug in my keyboard, mouse and extra things into the front because i sit pretty far since i have a big screen in my tv so i need atleast 4
Hello! Please tell me where to enable the function so that the processor drops the frequency to a minimum without load?In windows, energy saving is at least 5 percent, maximum 100. Previously, asus had such a function. Where in this BIOS, I did not find it.

I was in the search for the ECO Mode (I hope, it's the one that I saw in your video. I didn't expect it to be in the section overclocking, and accepting that Overclocking warning just enables me to set other options (and if I do not, then no overclocking is attempted). Am I right?
Another point involves the ECC RAM I put in exchange for some cheap gaming RAM: I had to notice that the BIOS does not automatically adapt it's setting, neither did I find a point where the BIOS acknowledges that now ECC is present and used. Is there such a point?
Finally: Is there a downloadable BIOS manual (I looked on the ASUS pages, and apparently there is none, at least not on the pages shown for the B550-F gaming)

Hi There! How long does your motherboard take to POST (Power On Self Test)? I mean from hitting the power button until you see the Asus gaming logo on the screen, My computer (Core i7 9700 and Asus Rog Strix B365F motherboard) takes anywhere from 20-23 seconds to logo appears. It's so awful.

please help with my b550-f. the only time I ever saw POST was on the very first startup (pre-os). never saw it again. in my experience, several mobos have a bios setting to hide or replace the post with a logo. i never selected such an option. does anyone know what setting can control POST visibility? more importantly does anyone know where i can get a pdf guide for all BIOS settings?

I installed an m2 drive to my motherboard and it’s making that m2 the primary storage not sure how to change that.

I'm just trying to figure out why my cpu is running so much hotter than yours. Same cpu, mobo, and bios settings it would seem, yet mine's running at 50celsius. I'm using the stock cooler and thermal grizzly paste. Any tips or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Hi, i just wondering how to do the settings on bios like. When my sdd(OS installed) and hdd(oldfiles) installed it goes runs well until log in set up. But when i installed my m.2 stick to the board, it goes to the bios and my ssd and hdd wont show, only my m.2 showing up. Hope u can help me ty!

Mine keeps booting to the bios and I can’t get it to go to windows I keep having to go through to exit, discard changes and exit, and then it takes me to windows. How come it won’t boot to windows. I just went through my bios from this video and it all looks the same
