it's under Settings -> Others -> System Functions -> ''Display hints on the bottom in Controller Mode''

I read her E6 and was kinda confused how it works, can someone explain?
A lot of wording in this game is kinda wonky

Sparkles skill gives an ally extra crit dmg % normally. And with e6 this effect is increased by extra 30% more crit dmg. Additionally if all allies have the cipher effect which they get from sparkles ult, u just need to use her skill on one ally and the whole team will get the crit boost which would be pretty good with 2 carries bcs both get buffed from one skill ( i actually just read it too so i hope i got this correct)
