I think the biggest weakness to the account isn't characters but light cones.

As someone with an account doing the same challenge, I will 100% agree on the light cones part. Crazy how much weaker a lot of your characters are with terrible LCs. The best example is Harmony characters, you get a single Chorus, and then the two MoC cones, and that’s it. No ERR in something even as basic as Cogs is tough.
Also, basically no good Lightcones for Nihility if you happened to get Pela from events.

HTR super break is also effected by how much toughness bar dmg a character does, that is why Nat did so low dmg because a basic only deals like a 1/16 of a toughness bar.
Does Ruan team break efficiency count?
@@remy_reevesoh definitely, as a ruan Mei haver. Since I run her and htb with good ol Xueyi, the break efficiency shows… especially when using xueyi’s ult against weakness broken enemies: around 150k+ super break damage is no joke..

Honorary 5 star at best I'm afraid. Their trace material requirements are the same as 4 star units. Same goes with their stats, being roughly the same as 4 stars as opposed to 5 stars.
@@ennoffp but the performance its way better than a 4 star unit, and tbh the stats dont really matter on harmony mc since you only need speed and BE with a chest and orb with deffensive stats so... Its a 5 stars
@@Bao598 There's 4* with better performance than 5* and 5* with worse performance than 4*, the only universal difference between the rarities is stats so TB is a 4*, just an extremely good 4*.
@@StellaTheBoymoder the difference between them are way more blurry than that, of course we have some 5 stars that are garbage like any other game, but that doesnt change anything, for a 4 star to perform better than a 5 stars you need way more investment, lets put for example shushang, she is an incredible 4 star unit but in order to outperform most of 5 stars you need way more investment, thats the real difference between 4 and 5 stars, not just the base stats since in most dps you want to build for crit and that is the same base for everyone outside of traces that buff it especifically...
@@Bao598 I'm just saying that functionally there's nothing that separates 5* units from 4* other than stats and material costs, if mihoyo decided to make a 4* with better skills than a 5* they could, the only thing that they couldn't change is the stats and cost.
keeping everyone 0 zero on the warpless side would be really fascinating, but either way once you pull it's not gonna be possible to keep everything the same.

If you ask me, I think continuing without pulling is more entertaining, because it's a true challenge to beat the game content that way. There are some 4 star characters that are really good once you get them e6 and can beat these kind of challenges way easier so I think for the sake of entertainment, the challenge and maintaining the gameplay interesting I wouldn't pull (also the other series where you make a x10 pull when you are defeated would be too similar with this series after new changes)

@@xxivkraegen2124 Yeah, but that's the point, because anyone can beat the MoC with the newest characters and their signature LC, but doing it with only the free characters without pulling a single time, that's another story, that requieres precision, rng and a good strategy. It's a lot of work, a lot of resets, a lot of time, but that's why we watch it, to see how he overcomes a challenge that seemed impossible.
@@thenovafly_ Yes, but is only a matter of time to get to that point, and also there are other characters that with a couple of eidolons get a huge power boost without needing to be e6. Also once you unlock an eidolon there is no turning back, so all the challenges will become slowly more easy until you won't need a perfect strategy, good rng or have your characters geared up perfectly. And that's the reason why I recommend not to pull, because once the magic of the "imposible challenge" breaks there is no way to get it back.
Well there’s also nothing wrong with using 300 standard pulls and going on from there. It’s still free and doesn’t use a single Jade nor limited ticket from this game. It’s all doable and sruff

i love the warpless account and seeing whats possible without the gacha :) i think pulling would make for 1 good video then make any future videos on this account not as good, but continuing the challenge would keep all the videos interesting !

Idk about yours but mine without ruan Mei hits for 80k with a super break, with ruan mei hits for 125k so i dont think its mediocre at all mate...
@@Bao598 X damage number vs Y damage number is a pretty shortsighted way of understanding how the team comp works. Sure, the damage difference is pretty massive on superbreaks with and without RM but arguably more important is the effect on how limited and backloaded superbreak damage windows are. RM gets you there 50% faster and massively extends the damage window where superbreak is actually doing something. i do understand that people still see the larger numbers when you do get superbreaks even with just HMC and think that means its good. but if you just use a different support option your performance over the course of the fight is just pretty greatly increased.
granted, this is a no warp account so its not like there are a ton of amazing options so hmc might still be good in some scenarios but for a normal account, pretty mid. Doesnt mean they cant contribute anything at all, just gets outclassed by just about any other support option. (watched the video... yup)
@@soulofalbedo i know, but given the point that its a support hitting for that ammount its too much to say its a mid unit, even more when not that much free units can hit for that ammount Ruan Mei makes it godlike but without her its still a good unit, maybe you have less uptime but if you supply that with hight thoughness dmg units can still make easy most fights...
@@soulofalbedonext moc will really showcase hmc for a lot of people and will start to see why hmc is so broken. Turning characters that previously had problems with doing dmg to just straight killing enemies with absurdly high numbers and that applies to everyone especially hmc and gallagher. So building hmc right now is the right call anyway since we are entering the break meta with turbulences buffing break more
I'm also playing with a warpless account and I would be really sad to see someone who I consider the example of it's potential move on from that. Ultimately though, you should play the game in a way that'll keep you having fun, I'll keep watching no matter what.

I think it's interesting to see standard pull only. I would love to see Bronya, Misha, Lynx, Welt, and Galagher into play. For the 4 stars, I'm thinking of keeeping it to the 2nd eidolons only at most, since it's where most 4* characters becomes really good while keeping it relatively challenging.
I don’t think it matters. E6 4 stars aren’t that game changing anyways. It’s still a 4 star compared to a whole ass limited character. There are standard only account who played for 1 year into this game since day one and yeah they got e6 tingyuns and pelas and stuff. It’s not unrealistic to think that

Personally I think standard only is gonna be necessary with the constant difficulty increase but maybe for 5* units only use free ones like dr ratio or 5* selector if we get those.
4* tho, especially the of ones, feel pretty bad without their eidolons so I think it would be fine to get them and it would still feel true to the challenge.

I love your content and your excitement. It makes me like this game even more as it makes possible to have so much fun without stressing the player for pulling. I personally don't see any harm in your challenge just pulling by regular white tickets you get from missions and content overall without spending jades. I mean a new plethora of 4* characters and eidolons will make your content refreshing and less stressing for you. Also, the difficulty on newer endgame content will be getting harder and harder until the point I believe finishing them will be impossible some time.

I want you to keep the account as is, I started my own pure account and honestly its helped with burnout on my main to the point I don;t log on to the main anymore as I find warpless to be a bit more fun
with a well-build TB, you can get +100 BE from their ult, e4, and 4pc watchmaker - which is crazy for BE-scaling characters
There are some 4* only clears atm on youtube, but nothing that's actually "relatable" bc those have sick relics. I think what makes your video unique and so fun to watch is that it's basically a handicapped F2P, so we learn what is actually possible for ANY account no matter how little he spends or how unlucky he gets. So from entertainment value point I think standart banner only is more interesting. However if that was me, I wound never waste those 800 accumulated pulls. I'd rather get my fav character to e6 or smth xD
Wish I saw this No Pull series earlier. It would have been a great guide in my run of my main account. Mostly the progression of how to make my characters stronger without wasting and better utilizing my resources. I haven't been lucky with my pulls, mostly getting 3-star cones on the Standard Banner and the 50 pull banner. Haven't touched any Character Banners yet. Anyways, Jarilo-VI was fine, I can handle even the hardest battles fine their. However stupid me went to Equilibrium Level 2 asap forgetting that I haven't prepared yet for the sudden spike in difficulty and so starts my demise. Enemies at Herta Station suddenly 2-3 shotting me is way too much. Thankfully I survived little by little though I am only just beat the Deer Battle. I think I can still use your progress to improve my chances if I use it as a guide since hot damn, Elite and Hard enemies suddenly became actually hard even harder than the boss fights at times.

my opinion is keep going with the warpless, you already did it for more than a year now and i feel it would be a waste to throw that journey (you already have another account with pull so i guess having no pull account could be a flex).

zmm harmony mc's super break is only effected by the toughness reduction of the attack not break effect
There's a new mode coming so I think you should upgrade to standard only. Warpless was a year 1 kind of experience and it has been an insanely fun one but times are changing and you should too.
Regarding Firefly is kinda hard to say. Just pulling her as a reward for finally achieving a goal is cool. But she must remain as a trophy pull at least until Year 3 when another upgrade happens kind of deal.

I apreciate the effort in this challenge, it's really fun to watch, I think a standard only account would be cool to have and if things start to get too easy with all the standard characters available, you can always go back to the OGs with some eidolons on them.
I don't understand why so many people are struggling with this MOC, when we literally have a patch on a damn Aventurine with the biggest rng dynamic ever.
Either people don't have good supports because they are new or they just took out all the dps there is, but I felt like this MOC is very passable and forgettable, and add that all of them have a free DrRatio collecting dust
this MoC was my easiest one by far and I didn’t even struggle lollll but it’s probably because I play imaginary dps exclusively and this MoC is really good for this
keep it at least pseudo warpless please, it is very cool seeing you work out solutions to these extreme situations
The new MOC had me reset the challenge at every imperfection- took 6 tries for each one LITERALLY just because either an enemy didn’t do a attack I thought they would- or an ult didn’t charge in time
no matter how much break you give your units, super break is only affected by HMC's own BE and the WEAKNESS BREAK EFFICIENCY of the attack
I do think the second you make any kind of pull, be it standard or event banner, even if it isn't much, people will constantly hold over this challenge that "oh yeah but it's still a pulling account".
A lot of people will take the accomplishments away, and to be frank the novelty of zero pulls is so much more engaging content wise than standard banner only. I think keeping it 0 pulls makes for a more unique and engaging form of content, and denies anyone who would want to downplay the achievement if you did pull.
The new moc 12 gepard is just an hp sponge he does no damage but i cant kill him and kafka in time
I love how you overcoming the challenge. And if you want to spend your resources - I believe all of us would support your decision. But making it standart only feels like a waste. I think I personally would love to see you getting some overly busted e6 s5 limited charachter. Though there wouldn't be much of a challenge left after that.. every time there's a new update or thing like this I always think of how it'll change or affect this account. They could give out a free natasha eidolon and I'd be beaming on how you might use that. Great work mann
I think standard only would be cool! The thing is with a character like Acheron or Firefly, every new stage would result in basically the same team, centered around them. Whereas if you end up with Yanqing, Clara, Welt, or whoever else, even at high eidolons, we’d probably still get to see all this cool teambuilding strategy (and more 4 piece eagle sets, no doubt)
The fact that you got this far without pulling says volume of how much experience you had as an player.

I would like to at least keep seeing pseudo warpless attempts continue with e0 4 stars. Might also be important to keep a track of which lightcones were obtained without warps.

Who decided that an 1.2 million HP Kafka was fair, like even with Dr.Ratio + Topaz (E1) I needed 5 cycles for that stage, now I'm even starting to question if giving him for free was a good idea if it meant that they could inflate the enemies HP bars like this.
For Kafka, u can try break luka( I did it with e4 luka) and hmc. I dont even have rm and luka is dealing 150k enhanced basic and hmc casually doing her own 100k whenever she skills . The superbreak mechanic is op, and I took 3 cycles to clear.
He is struggling to clear a floor that needs 3.1m damage; there is zero chance he can clear MOC 12 (5.4 m damage). This is a numbers game and a warpless account simply doesn't have what it takes to 36 star this MOC.
it's endgame content, it's supposed to be challenging. The HP wasn't even an issue for me, it was kafka spamming cc on my entire team and significantly increasing my cycles to clear. If I had huohuo for the kafka stage it would be a joke
I think standard pulls with e0 4 stars still keeps the spirit of the challenge alive, and you can limit yourself to not using any gacha lcs if you want
I think standard only would still be good just don't activate eidolons on standard banner 5 stars and that still would be super impressive but also allow u to potentially beat stuff and it gives u a lot more options to make fun team comps without giving u any op units that trivialise the content but just more interesting units that u can use
This will be the tenth time i've written this. I completed this moc after 2 full days of attempts. I play so much teams but nothing works and previously i got my 36* with some difficulties but not with so much of them. The meme, swarm, aventurine nothing is comparable in terms of difficulty with this one. It was sooooo much difficult for me. My account is not the best but the units i have are all fully built with max traces, they are not perfect but at least decent. The sad thing is that this moc confirms how the forgotten hall it is becoming more and more a showcase for the 5* in rate up in that particular patch. Of course this was always a thing, of course even if you have them if you don't know how to use them properly you can't get 36* and so on. Despite it all, it was very difficult and this time i'm really happy that i was able to make it
After you pull I feel like the only way this could go without falling off is standard only to keep the same theme of seeing whats possible with limitations

I think you should definitely E6S5 someone, but if you really want to keep F2P like challenges, then I suggest just not upgrading the eidelons

If your that stressed about your turn ending, I recommend pulling for Robin. Gurl literally gives you a turn on her ult plus additional dmg. BUT your doing the not pulling thingy so..
So that's why I couldn't get 36 Mfs buffed the mobs to oblivion.
HP has been trending upwards, but giant spikes generally coincide with flat damage procs, or increased damage/vulnerability conditions. A warpless challenge might find this difficult to impossible but I don't think Hoyo has been tuning around ignoring a core game feature.
I think Hoyo stricly tunes around 4star max eidolons / simps to Limited 5star E0S1. Once I reached this stage for both teams, MOC11-12 have been difficult but not impossible, though I have been fortunate in that I had avoided pulling on hypercarry sledgehammers, and the characters I have pulled on have aged like fine wine.
As a relatively new player I 2 starred last moc 11, now I cant even complete moc 9 because of enemy hp and literal one-shots
As a new player who only unlocked MoC a few days ago and still can't tackle it bc I only have one team... I'm afraid how much HP the bosses will have by the time I'm in the endgame.
Even if you lose the challenge, it doesn't mean that the account needs its purpose to be ruined, you can still go on and enjoy it ; i'd go for the standard pulls.
But in the end it's up to you ^^

last moc i could get up to floor 11 i didnt 3 star but i was still proud. this moc i cant even get past floor 8, it feels like the hp increase was unnecessary and shouldnt have happened. moc was already difficult but now its borderline impossible
I suggest you go for 1 SSR with each new region, making that character as your "mascot" of sorts for that region.
So that when all hope is lost, you got a strong unit to also rely on. Ruan Mei for Herta's station, Bronya for Bellabog, Fu Xuan for Xianxiou and FireFly for Penacony could work
No, that would defeat the purpose of the account. That would just mean that acc is your normal acc now since you're pulling just like anyone and saving for the next char that you like or aka "mascot" that you're saying.
How about allowing E0 4 star characters (and S1 4 star lc) if they have been promoted on the banner at least 3 times? This will allow Hook, Tingyun, Luka, and Sampo to be added to the line up. Xueyi, Misha, and Gallagher who are the 3 newest characters (edit: and Arlan) will still not be counted since they are so new that many players may not have a chance to get them yet. It's a bit sad to see this account stuck at moc 10 when adding Tingyun, for example, will likely allow this account to push further.
Honestly standard only is still insane and I would be down for it, great content.
I really enjoyed the journey so far but damn MoC changes 💀. Personally I really liked how you use unconventional characters, teams and tactics to challenge end game so maybe even if you decide to pull I'd personally like to see more of that. So maybe 4* only (characters and LCs) would be nice.

Standard only would be great, your account would still be majority of 4 stars and all standard 5 stars are considered super mid now, even bronya, so it’s nothing that would make the account “unbalanced”. Plus the eidolons for your 4 stars will be a immense help

Evolving this account into "standard only" is a pretty good idea if you fail warpless. Pseudo-warpless clears without eidolons may also be interesting, but probably not worth the loss of power for the "standard" challenge. You'll probably need that. Maybe, as a compromise, keep E0 only for the characters you have already been using here?
I really wish they would add ability to turn off Eidalons so you could always go back to pull-less account challenge. See how far you can get and then switch to X amount of Eidalons and whatnot after X days of trying. that sorta stuff. but yeahh. I will watch no matter what as long as it's hard harsh but possible challenge involved : ]]

This MoC is more boring than the old one, there energy blessing is nice but the old dmg hit blessing allow more teams to be playable even with not the best investment. The current MoC hp values make it so if you don't have really good relics and good supports to amplify your units dps you are going to struggle a lot.
