Hey guys! This video was ONE long journey... I hope you guys enjoy all the unnecessary work I had to put in to get the sound that I wanted. Some may love it, others may hate it but I think this set up is the best because it's inanely balanced! Huge shout out to Leon for being one dope ass subscriber & helping me out as much as he could! I scrape my apr splitter all the time. I’m on bags and it’s meh. The apr splitter is pretty durable because it’s actually fiberglass topped with CF.

Which set up? Cause it sounded like ass at first. It sounded kinda okay when revving, but driving, it sounded awful. Not even worth getting pulled over for because the tone was shit lol

I'm the same way with exhausts! When I get them I think they're too loud at first, but I grow into them after a few days. I cut the mufflers off my IS350 and drove around with them in the trunk for 2 days until I was like 'Ok! I like this!' Your car sounds soooooo much better now! Sounding like a racecar!

I feel for you man. Had the same headache while did it myself on my es300 a while ago. It was like 4-6 iterations until I got desired outcome. Your final result sounds pretty good though. Pretty classy I would say in comparison to the interim ones. Good job!

@@JasonNguyen and one more thing. It's crucial to maintain the same diameter throughout the entire exhaust. Like picture when those 3 header pipes meet, you get, for instance, 2 inches for the big pipe. And those 2 inches MUST remain through the rest of the exhaust, including resonators, pipes and end mufflers. This helps maintain 1)good flow 2) sound. Don't install resonators/mufflers with a bigger inner tube diameter than the pipes you have. Hope this helps :)

Love all the videos documenting your header /exhaust journey, I too have an is250 and I’m at the point where I want to get the PPE headers but fear it will ruin the sound of my car, especially with the rasp . I have and invidia midpipe and invidia axleback wonder if it would come out the same if I got those resonators you got with the apexi? But thank you for posting all this , I would probably not even consider PPE if not for your video. 👍🙏🏻

I'm hooking up my 2015 gs I'm half way there , love your videos keep up all the good work, I saw how u painted under the hood and u gave me a few hood ideas , I painted my parts teal to go with my theme . Satin gray, gloss black trunk to hood, teal calipers, and 20 inch xix rims bronze with black lip amd black spikes for lugs. Keep up the good work man
