Now that’s a spicy meatball! Glad to see you back and great video dude! Glad to see our kit is working out as expected. 🙏
It’s a super spicy meatball I love it!
Would this kit work on a mini bike?its a Coleman ct200u
Sick build definitely doing this soon on another pitbike build
Why did you cut your motor mounts? If that is a standard pit bike frame, the qs138 v3 motor has two mounts that are direct bolt-on replacement for the horizontal engine.
I’m not asking this as a jerk I am genuinely wondering if that’s a fact
Could you please tell me what is the name of the original dirtbike ? I Guess its a Honda but i don’t get the specific name
Great to see you’re back on feet!
Spinning motor with no load is fine.
Wheel seemed spin same speed each profile. Prolly power not speed based.
Yea I think your 100% right
Your elatedness is a great example of how e-power feels! Love the build!
Love to see you're on your feet again bro!
Me to hahaha love to see you guys here!
This is sweet. Looks like a blast. I have the same motor and an EM150 controller, do you happen to the have controller settings that you're using here. It would be a huge help as I'm about to program my controller. Cheers
Dayuuuuuuuum! That's what I have to expect!?!? I have a KTM 65 that I'm gonna swap next season.
It’s well worth it! I love it
Check out our emx kit! Ktm 65 is our jam! Best pit bike chassis when you slap electric power on it. 💪
@@ElectroBraap that's what I plan on using!
Monster that is that wasn’t even topped out
Well done bro , this is much faster than mine and neater , I’m gonna drop 3 teeth on front sprocket , that will be equivalent to a 74rear sprocket , with that ratio it should work out at 40mph top speed but will have a nice bit of acceleration for wheelies and off road woods and trials 💪, hope to see more videos on this soon bro , glad ur well too
I would still love to see your build! And your gear will definitely make it way more fun
Great vid, thanks. I've got a question if I may. I haven't seen you using any contactor in between baterry and controller or at any other point in the system as I thought it was need with this motor and controller as per an older info I had. Could you help me on that? I want to build one and though it to be essential. Thanks in advance.
Essential no, but if you wanna play it safe you could definitely put a contactor in line., you typically see in line contactors when working with brushed motors. A bushed controller can fail and put all the power to the motor uncontrollably, meanwhile a brushless DC motor cannot. When a brushless DC controller fails it typically turns itself off or throws a fault code. But for peace of mind you can still put a in-line contactor to shut down the system in an emergency .
where can i find a battery with those specific conectors
Sick vid brotha!! Glad to see you back in action! And I’m coming to appreciate these cool qs powertrain kits. I’m thinking of making some room in my garage for a build with one.
It well worth it!
Have you messed around with programming this controller? I am curious what settings you have on it.
Did you ever weigh the whole package? Motor, controller, battery ? Dying to know before i build one. Cheers
Nice where did you purchase the tires ?
UR A LEGEND MAN
Good to see you all well and walking and moving about, congrats for the awesome build.
Can you just build me one and I’ll send a freight truck to pick it up? Say how much
A slider or roller that is pressing down on the top of chain all the time, can have be beneficial to what bicyclists call pedal kickback. Meaning bumps in the road will not effect the suspension as much.
would stick weld work to make battery compartment in the frame?
Hooking it up and taking it for a midnight test ride before its finished, been there and done that ! That first hit of power is a special feeling isn't it ?
Know the feel, also had to do that after upgrading the controller on my surron :) Pure Adrenalin
Thought you were gonna use the motor off your go cart. Where did you find this motor that fits the chain location? And what brand os the new motor?
Range test
Hi,I have a 250 dirt bike that I want to convert, have brought the QS 138 90 H 4000 w not geared
Almost russian intro music)) nice to see you again bro!!!
Hi Kris, Great work mate looks good. Do you know what the front and back sprockets are? IE how many teeth.? Be nice to know what ratio you are running. 14t front 35 rear? Also do you know if the controller is doing flux weakening? I'm assuming it is. Keep it up!
why you dont take tb500 with BPC-157 your leg will fix in 1 month wtf
I’m thinking ab making a e bike for city use and wheelies and want torque much more than speed so i was wondering how much this build cost including just the electrical components only, would a smaller one of there motors work for wheelies if I’m not interested in doing much over 25 mph?
Prob but I would say js get the cheaper kit on elector and co and the top speed will only be like 30 if u get the 14t
Glad to see you are doing well. Missed the content. Any thought of pushing it to a 10000 watt motor like from Golden motors? I know this was is already so powerful!
Thanks and I don’t know haha this thing Is fast already!
I like and subscribe
nice!
Thanks!
interesting and amajing presentation! I m also searching that motor u used but it is very costly, can u tell me why it is so costly? Do u recommend orher motor instead of that with sam rpm and torque?
Thank you! The only reason why I choose the V3 motor is for the gear reduction. I knew from the start of the build it was going to be a mini super Moto with tiny wheels and I wanted to keep the rear sprocket small as possible. That’s why I chose the v3 motor . If you are building a bigger bike the other QS motors will work perfect
Its aliiiive
And fast! Hsha
i bought a pit bike naked definitely gon try this kit out 55 easy ima ride it to work instead of taking the bus 🤣
Yup
Big YUP haha
@@Krisuno Let me know what range you're getting with that once you test it out some more! Happy for you man that motor is so legit
Love to see that on a go kart track against gas powered mini motards.
Just a heads up and word to the wise the votol em-150 is not easy to take apart so if they told you they bumped it up to 200 amp its most likely the Votol EM-200 unless they are special ordered the max voltage is 90 volts and constant current of a votol em-150 is 120 amp I know this about them because im using one on a e-vader 2019 model i upgraded the whole drive train and i have a whole series of videos i posted about it. So for the controllers side of safety and lasting do not set your controller above 110 amps to give it a little extra surge over head. These controllers are a bit on the sensitive side and certain conditions can blow the fetts in the controller i know this because i am waiting for my second one from china currently and im using a back up rated at 80 amps to still be able to ride it.

5000 Watt V4 hub motor - QSmotor
Votol EM-150SP controller
LGMH1 16P 21S 88.2 volts full charged 18650 I built the battery myself.
Holy s*** that's a good a** build but what it needs to light does these roads dangerous
you can run this motor with 3 times the power but it would result in too much wheelies :D
U made it a lot taller which looks better
Hey there what are the sizes of the supermoto tires and rims for front and rear
So glad you're feeling better!
Thank you!
Why the kits gotta be out of stock and so damn expensive
Hi I want to build one like this and I do not know what engine it is, what engine?
Yoooooooo!!!!!! Are you serious!!!??? This thing is so sick!!!!
i still just want to know what pit bike frame it is lol i want to build one so bad
wait until you see what the bac8000 can do on that same bike
How much to build like this?
Nice build I was thinking about doing a ktm50 with sir ron motor and 72v battery and back4000 controller but I'm probably better off saveing money and buy a sir ron and just ad mini wheel s still not made my mind up yet 😂
i know you were saying your growing the hair back out. but ima fan of the short hair looks good bro
Thanks and yea I think I’m keeping the short hair also lolll
What throttle do you use
Hii... What top speed did you achieve?
How many watts and volts does that bike have
How much does the motor, battery and controller weight al tho getter?
Would like to no that.
Very nice build by the way!👌🏻
Krisuno, glad to see you doing well... Love the haircut too :)
Thank you 🤙🏽
Just priced a razor kit to be shipped to the uk over 1300$$$ 500$ shipping 😭😭😭😱
Ето скорость 50 миль в час или 50 километров в час ?
How much did you payed for the Electric , Motor Controller lipo ??
Want to convert my Beta 300 Racing
Message electro&co for pricing
@@Krisuno thanks.
Nice to see you back in place , your holy Garage .
Self injured massive last year ( I broke my neck)
But got rehabilitation 80% good.
Your builds are very inspiring, do the same shit here in Germany .
Would be very interested for more test videos and long term , range and some other test I will let me surprise !
Very cool build ! If you were to do the same build again would you change anything ? I have a donnor bike im considering doing this to.
Wondering why you had to cut original engine mounts if the website says it's a direct fit for pitbike frames??? Thank you and awesome build
originally I was going to put the 5kw golden motor in it. Also I think the 2 top mounts will directly bolt on but you still need to cut an weld everything else. A gas pit bike doesn’t have room for a Direct bolt on controller or battery
@@Krisuno can't wait to see what's next. Thank you for the knowledge
shoulda used a bac8000 or ebmx x9000
I want this, I need this, I have to have this
sick!! awesome work! what was the doner for this build?
What are the rims and tires you got on there?
Dude that is such a clean install well done!!!!!
Thank you!
Nice to see you back and moving 😀
Feels so good. Thanks for sticking around!
asome build once again man!!!! I'm kinda insure about that chain but holy cow that motor - controller - battery pack is damn sexy
What don’t you like about the chain? Loll
@@Krisuno nono I like it! I just don't know if it is allowed to touch the support sliders? (the plastic ones)
Does it damage the chain/support sliders? I honestly dont know so it wasn't trying to be offensive or something like that :)
@krisuno what size rims and tire set up you running?
130/70-12 rear 100/90-12 front
What size tyres are you running
HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEECK YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAH!!!!
Missed you so much, got hella worried!!!!
Foxxy! We back!
What kind of bike did you use?
Hi, Krisuno! Thanks for showing your moto build set up I really like it. I plan to do it on my bike someday but for now I"ll save first to buy the parts needed. Would you please send me the complete list of parts that I need to calculate how much the cost of this project? And, also to check in advance if the parts are available to buy online here in my country. Your reply is highly appreciated. Thanks!
Omg!!!! Bravo good job!!!! I am waiting for the next video!!!!!
Thanks and very soon hopefully
Needa see a range test 🤩
Do you think it will work, after torque more than speed, enduro riding
Lets see some speed runs during the day!
I have a 1979 yz80 i want to convert to electric. This video inspired me to keep at it haha.
Happy to see you doing good 👍🏾🙌🏾liking the bike
The explosion 😭 @ 17:00
What wheel set up you got?
What kinda frame is that
60 ON A DEAD BATTERY WTH
Do you do mods for others, would be interested in either buying one off of you or sending my sons to you.
glad you are back. i want that bike.
It’s a interesting piece of equipment. Haha 💨
hey! whats the totall cost for the build?
Around $3000
Glad your doing well brotha!!
Thanks you! Glad to see you here!
Wow!!!!
bro I really wish I could build electric dirtbikes but im only 15 and their hella expensive to build. it’s literally my dream to have an electric dirtbike that even goes 30 but for rn im stuck with this razor mx350 and it sucks because I weigh a little bit over the weight limit and it doesn’t go it’s max speed which is only 15
the mx350 can be upgraded surronster upgraded a razor and it keeps up with a stock surron
Can we have a link to what you’ve used please
Just found the link🤦🏼😂
Gre@t tip about the sprocket alignment 👍🏻
this came out rad. amazing guys I just blew up the 155z yesterday on my bday ripping, I had in my Thumpstar and searched a few things a found your video. expensive kit seems perfect. awesome job dude, too bad they have such a waiting list!
Did the motor come with the sprocket?
rofl your reaction to testing it was the best love the video
keep uploading ! new projects and all
Will do!
Welcome back! Dope video and mod..... watching you inspired me to make my own out of a old razor
Awesome content. Really want to build one like this myself. Just finished my diy surron battery so surron is about wrapped up so maybe I can start prepping to build something similar. Already race the surron in the maddog pitbike class so next I need to build an electric 12" bike.
One question though, I thought I read on electro and company site the v3 motor bolts up to the standard pitbike(honda) engine mounts, cant remember if you had cut yours off or if you had to make new ones for the motor.
My bike was a thump star tsx140 and it doesn’t line up with the stock gas motor mounts.
@@Krisuno Hmm ok, your thumpstar uses the honda/pitbike mounts originally. It clearly states on Electro's site that it should but hadnt seen anyone confirm it was true, hence why I asked. Not a big deal as long as the rear one fits but its strange he made that claim if it doesnt bc he really does good work and thats a big factor for people who arent fabricators.
@@mrskywalker115 it’s very close. It all depends on how you build them no matter what you’re going to have to do a lot of fabrication work to do these conversions because there’s no way to hold the battery and the controller in without some welding. The motor could technically fit using the stock mounts your sprocket might not be in its ideal position but there’s enough to hold the motor
@@Krisuno true, battery and controller are gonna need mounts but alignment of the motor/sprockets can be tedious where the others arent really as dynamic, as long as they are secure they should be fine.
What is the wattage of the motor and a rough price of how much the build was
We need more videos
