Fikrul (despite being a terrible person) is pure in his intent, he LOVED the barons like siblings, he loves the scorn like a father loves a child. his intent is very clear and not twisted.
@@PREGAMEDISCHARGEENJOYER that's what I like about him. He is clearly on a mission, a conquest to fet his brethren back. But he is not a nice character, which makes this thread even more enticing. He is now in the morally gray zone, but further to the darker regions of it
Actually, I thought of another thing, what if one (or more) of the missions of The Final Shape had armies of all our allies fighting along side us, Eliksni, Scorn, and Cabal, it’d be amazing.
Seems like Fikrul may join up with us in some way. In the new Dungeon the taken and scorn work together. But in the dreaming city, they fight each other. Could be the in-universe explanation that those scorn are under Fikrul's command and not the witness. Would be pretty cool to watch a civil war be fought between them.
Tbh I was imagining a Fikrul vs Eramis angle at some point with Fikrul fully under the Witness' control, but it seems this is not the case, which is VERY interesting.
I think it helps that after the Witness death, the Scorn will in an odd spot as will any remaining Taken and the Hive. Given they'll be a focus of one episode, makes sense they're coming back to him as he hasn't had a place in the narrative due to the larger picture.
Anyone wondering how Scorn were created? Anyone who thought it was Uldren, yes and no because now we know how Hefnd turned the House of Kings into Scorn as Uldren originally created the Scorn through Riven who merged the ether of Eliksni with darkness and thus Scorn carry corrupted either. Fikrul resurfacing now sensing the presence of the Kings turned into Scorn by Hefnd is Fikrul wanting to continue the kindness Uldren granted him and the other Barons. Too bad we won't be seeing much more of Fikrul, Lord of the Scorn until the episodes post Final Shape. All we know is that with the Final Shape thwarted, Fikrul will continue his campaign to gather stray Scorn. While he may not have a huge vendetta against the Vanguard, I imagine he still holds some animosity for killing Uldren.
Started with a wish This wish allowed something new to work a blend of darkness and ether. Fikrul can teach intelligent scorn to raise more scorn. Explains why a fikrul has one of his creations at the castle besides a wish from that particular dungeon boss. The house of kings corpses will suffer over and over by guardians hand. A perfect revenge
Personally, I welcome Fikrul into our walls. he has shown that he wants to save the scorn and be their leader, and not just to murder us over and over and over again
It would be more interesting for the scorn to become their own thing, like the lucent hive. Less of a story about a clash between deep and sky, and now a story about different factions abd how they interact with each other. Some fight, plunder, kill others build, ect.
I love to see a story with Kelgaroth with us fighting him as a boss. We got enough lore from him and we beaten him 4xs already, I think it's time for a story and boss fight with him. He and Fikrul both come back from the dead and both won't stay down and we haven't seen the last of either of them.
This would be interesting if fikrul wants to join us or atleast follow under crow what conflict would that create with the house of light the eliksni in the city? Riven seems to be the last wise to follow the witness so we’ll probably find a different way to deal with the scorn cause there’s the witness scorn leftover now and then fikruls scorn still roaming and we don’t know how volatile each faction will be after the final shape of we can have a neutral agreement or have to take them out
if fikrul was going along with the withness, he wouldn't prevent him from getting his hands on the scorns. my guess: crow will try to get fikrul and it's scorn on our side. will he succeed? that's the real question. fikrul might be another savathun. fighting the withness AND us, but it's scorns could also become another house of light.
My question is, how big of a role will missraks play in revenant? This isn't just him meeting his monsters now, its the very darkness in him and all his eliksni. Will he accept the scorn as another eliksni? Or see them as cursed, corrupt beings that would only harm everything he holds dear.
To be honest, I’m glad Fikrul is coming back. It makes sense. However, Cayde-6 coming back makes no sense, and it feels like it makes Forsaken pointless. I am honestly disappointed that Cayde is coming back, even though he is my favorite character.
It kinda does. The Pale Heart is inside the traveler that’s changing to the person. Due to the guardians being inside and how Cayde was an impactful character we needed a guide that’s inside the Pale Heart. Aka Cayde
Okay, okay I'm just really confused... Is his name Fikrul or Fokrul? I'm a German player and first time I heard about him (Forsaken Story) every character said Fikrul (in the German version too) and I don't know since when everyone says Fokrul... No matter which language (German or English) every Charakter has the same name except him. So please is his name Fikrul or Fokrul?
Fikrul calling Uldren "Father" is mind boggling. Think about it. Uldren was taken at the time. And at the time, the Witness was still deep in space & still held the taken in control, but now the Witness is in the Traveler & has no control what goes on outside. Mara also referred the Darkness as Father & the Light as mother. Even though Fikrul called Uldren Father, but since Uldren was taken, in a weird way, he was calling the Witness Father as well. Whether Fikrul realizes that or not. And also, Calus used scorn for his experiments, w/in the glykon, to try to call upon the Witness, which Calus exceeded. The Witness, when using Darkness, is everywhere.
Due to the wish crow made while he was uldren fikel can never truly dies. He got the wish magic monkey paw treatment. Reason why the taken shore strike where we kill him over and over again.
Now I randomly started to wonder, are eliksni also effected by uncanny valley effect? For humans it's the reason why we are scared of zombies, or generally things that are kinda like us but not quite While it seems like eliksni are completely chill with members of their species raised fom the dead and transformed into horrors beyond imagination (imagine a screeb but human, exploding with corrupted blood). On one hand there's Eido, talking about Fikrul as any other eliksni leader, hell even bedtime stories about a screeb, on the other hand Eramis, attacked by a dead body of her friend. However speaking of what happened to Eramis, the case might have been that she encountered scorn of the Witness, which we know to be completely mindless beasts unlike Fikrul's scorn. So... are eliksni ok with literal zombies?
I love how Fikrul is actually just trying to get his kind back from the Witness. It really feels like those two are also clashing in the background

They kept dropping hints of his return for years so I agree. It's about time we bring him back into the story and give him some spotlight.
It has been time since we heard from him since forsaken and the strike (I don't count season of the haunted encounter)
Fikrul, Taniks, and Kelgorath should team up.
Fikrul is gonna deny Crow as his father after he was risen as a dead thing.
Makes sense fikrul wants the scorn to be free. Working under the witness’s means you’re either a puppet or useful tool .
As much as we all hated his nightfall we can agree that he was an actual threat to gurdians in the fact hes permanent too...
For now...
Fikrul: "Daddy!!!"
Crow: "Uhh...That ain't mine.. >.>"
