It's great that you created an index for reference....because you speed through everything so utterly fast that you have rewatch each section ten times. I really wish people who do these types of help videos would slow down and understand that the people are watching this are new and therefore need, slow, methodical explanations.
This was one of the best tutorials I've seen. Quick and dirty. Needed some simple drawings and this got me there. They aren't perfect, but they should work. Now I have a good base to make better drawings. Thank-you. I wish you had more on different programs.
The library came with the program (LibreCAD 2.1.3). I use Linux, so I downloaded the program via Software Manager (like a google store). To get to my library, I clicked Widgets/Dock Widgest/Library Browser. Then I opened plan/architect.
I always feel like the only dummy in the class. At 8:27, my wall wound up floating well above my initial rectangle. Not sure how it got there or what I did wrong.
Lost me at 2:41 when you selected that strange icon, then changed the grid status. No way could I figure out how to replicate that. Not that good of a tutorial.
Hey, thanks for commenting. I myself, like fast paste tutorials: programming, linux, CAT, networking, etc. If I need to stop it or rewind a small section I do it. Overall, I like instructors that go straight to the point and start teaching. They help me learn faster. So this was my way of giving back. I Freely receive knowledge thru TH-cam so I freely give knowledge. I love the platform, and there a tutorials everything for everyone. Cheers

Very good video. With the comands below you can go from intersaction to intersaction, without zooming to microns.
hello Alber, thank you for commenting. I think you meant to paste some commands, can you add them.
Where can I find the library for the toilet, doors, kitchen etc. My library says " empty"
👏👏👏

Can this be used for roof plans? Thank you
Hello there. The only reason I downloaded and learned the program was to design a floor plan for one of my wife's projects. So, in short, yes.
@@johanbaron5448 thank you
Really nice Video, well explained. I was wondering, where did you get the library for all those blocks?

@@johanbaron5448 It seems that the program not always donwloads these libraries. Found one in the wiki, but does not cointain doors, windows, etc.
@@johanbaron5448 What Linux distribution?

Even at 720p, the video is far too blurry to clearly follow.

Feet and inches? I remember those vaguely.
It's all very well to make a short video, but you have tried to pack 2 hours worth of material in, and it's way too fast. Disappointing.
