Hi @OJ Kenny Re. 1st serious fault at roundabout: The motorcyclists shouldn't have joined the roundabout in the first place because the driver was already in the roundabout and clearly had the priority. (see 21:04 how the bus is far away but the reckless motorcyclist accelerated with the intention of taking over [from left and behind!]) Thus I think that was unfairly judged, as the driver was following her own procedure.
I dont understand this obsession with changing to the left lane during the roundabout. All I ever do is exit in the right hand lane when the exit has two lanes and then switch over when Im settled in that lane.
Exiting in the left lane if safe would be the normal and usual thing to do. Think of it this way, what then happens if everyone exits in the right lane and waiting till they settle then forcing faster moving vehicles to undertake assuming some of these vehicles in the right lane aren’t making appropriate progress. It’s ok to exit in the right lane if the road markings allow that but why not consider developing even more to understand exiting in the left.
@@OJKENNY OJ, fair enough if theres no one else on the roundabout, then you can change to the left lane before you exit. If everyone just stayed in their lanes in the roundabout and exited in the same lane, there would be alot less accidents. The incident in this video is case in point.
@@losamarillos88 Yes I agree, unfortunately though UK roads are small and because of this many roundabout only have one lane to exit from so now imagine how bad it would be if drivers don’t know how to filter and spiral out from the 3rd where they started to the left lane when they are to exit 😀
