It's called portal axles and they are out there just very very expensive and not currently strong enough to handle those massive tires however another option is to use the frame and axles from a crop spraying tractor.
In the motorcycle/ATV world, they have paddle tires meant for loose sand I think might make a difference here. Add: or throw some pontoon skids on to keep the bloody thing from just sinking.
There is a very simple and much cheaper solution to this mud hole. An average sized truck with maybe 2-4 inches of lift. 4 normal sized paddle tires maybe 33s, locked front and rear diffs, and a shit load of hp on a high revving engine. Get some wheel speed and hydroplane across it

There's some kind of steel plates or some down in that hole cause them trucks are spinning like hell and not even sinking deeper in the mud and some of them the rear tires haven't even touched the mud hole yet.
entirely to much tire flotation. a narrower agri-tractor type tire would have been a WAY better choice paired with locking diffs. notice the narrower tired trucks did a bit better as they were touching the hard bottom. the other truck were floating in the slop

Only way I see this working is putting a metal spoke at the front of your diff (like a pointy half diamond to create less resistance) and then outfit your wheels with big rectangular flaps every foot or so to create the surface area necessary to push the truck forward using the mud. Now how the hell would you do something like that? Idk.

There's perhaps one way this can be done. First mount those tires onto trailer axles. Then you build a platform on the axles to where you can mount a very light car like a Carolla. Then you run a belt around the tires of the car and trailer axles. It'll float across the mud.

That is exactly how you do this. Helped a buddy of mine conquer some mud pits. Small tires made all the difference. Wheel speed is the key.

That's what I'm thinking as well. A locked triple axle setup with tractor tires and a large diesel engine might work. Of course, all the differentials would need to be locked.
