    Some of your best videos, where your effort is brilliantly translated to convey knowledge over a much much needed topic which would reach masses!
    The Sequence of video as well as places where you've covered footage are spot-on. The illumination example is brilliant and provides the best comparison! 2 points,
    1. Would this system make use of existing pass/high beam stock switch?
    2. The looks atleast to my eyes is huge letdown. Reg legality, the points which you mentioned are absolutely inline however, cops tend to catch hold if they spot odd looking bike. Vaishnos should consider bringing LED to bottom, which would make this resemble RE Thunderbird headlight, with maybe some mirror illumination coating to top remaining portion! Not much, but for occasional riders and many others, that will make it sell in huge volumes
    Great product coverage Bhai🙌
    Happy Riding ✌️

    • @RajkaGarage
      @RajkaGarage  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Thanks a lot bro..
      1).Regarding the high beam/pass light, yes it is operated by the existing switch and with the new bright pass light, makes an evident presence to the traffic ahead to give way.
      2). I agree that looks could have been better, but as they say..looks are subjective...it's proved to be true as few of my friends found is nice looking and few not so good.. 😅.. for me..It's not too bad..and mainly served my requirement of good focused beam on highways.
      Now I can confidently ride in neighbouring states by covering my aux lights whenever needed.
      And yes, like i always say.. if it's not your day, you may get pulled over even looking at your fancy looking helmet 😁

    Thats awesome Raj Bhai. Recently bought this for my CB as well. Would be installing it soon. Just like you even I had a pair of AUX lights installed. Now I am in a confusion whether to remove the AUX completely after the projector installed or to keep both. Saying this because, there is very little to no light right in front of the bike with the new headlight. At least in video footage thats what I could figure out.
    So yes got to check that after installing the headlight.
    Well made detailed video by you. Keep up the amazing work. Keep growing.

      @RajkaGarage  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Thanks bro..😊
      I would suggest keep the aux lights aswell.. I am going to do the same.
      Yes, there is a conical shape in the front of the bike mainly coz of the Projector lens, but in real world conditions it doesn't impact the riding experience of the dome is adjusted properly.
      Aux may be required in mountain areas to get better visibility of cliffs..😅

    Awsome video once again. Thanx a lot baba. Also, please help me on one doubt; how many kilometres should highness tyres last ?

    • @RajkaGarage
      @RajkaGarage  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks Vikas bhau.. 😊
      Under ideal conditions, these MRF tyres will last around 20-22k kms. These are hard compound tyres and although you will be able to see some visible tread on the tyres, there will be minimal physical grip to handle the power, weight and braking of the bike.. my advice at any cost don't use more than 24-25k kms kms.
      Ideal conditions are, maintaining appropriate pressure. 29Fr 33rr when cold..not keeping the bike unused for long durations exposed to variations weather.

I used that code but wasn't valid for my honda 350. When I told the Vaishnu guy he said nothing for honda. And then he sent me your video to make up my mind. @Raj ka Garage Dear Raj I got the vaishnu installed by honda but it was showing half a light. Spoke to vaishnu they said to adjust the light. Did some adjustment but still the beam throw is only upto 15 to 20 metres and hardly much difference in the high beam. I can only see a short distance still. Thanks

    • @RajkaGarage
      @RajkaGarage  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Our CB dome is a fixed one and cannot be adjusted. To get a good throw and make dome adjustable, you will need to remove the front number plate stay which also holds the HL dome. Create a slot to the rear 10mm bolt which holds the HL by simply cutting it from the bottom side. Any fabricator can do this for you for 50rs.
      Drop me a Hi on rajkagarage@gmail.com i will send you the photo of the same.

    Thank you for the awesome video. Could you please tell what is the lumens of this light, as there are strict policy in some states like Kerala about how bright it can be. Could you also tell if its affecting the bikes battery capacity, Will it drain out the battery and how does the battery drain compare with the stock lights? Thank you

    • @RajkaGarage
      @RajkaGarage  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Thanks bro 😊..
      Regarding Lumens, LEDs generally produce around 90/110 lumens per watt so assuming an overall of around 2400 lumens of total output. This is well under the OE lights, but as this is a projector lens concept, the brightness is high and is a concentrated beam compared to OE LED which is a reflective COB concept and hence has low illumination on road.
      Regarding power consumption, this light consumes 2.0 Amps of power which is again lesser than OE HL which consumes around 2.4 Amps so even lesser load on the battery. One more advantage is, it comes with a on/off switch for the HL, depending on our preference we can switch off the light and eliminate even the 2 Amps of load during day time or when engine is switched off and ignition is still On for hazard lights.
      Hope this helps 😊

      This is OE Honda fly screen available at the service center. I will suggest to wait and see the cost of the long windshield which is coming soon from Honda. This costs 1940/- . I guess that will cost around 2600/- but is a bit taller than the current one.

      Yes, with this light you can control the switching on/off with the switch that comes with it and the same switch is used to change colours within the headlight.

      Nopes. No fuckup will be there since this module comes with a cutoff shield and clear lens means absoluetly no light above the cutoff during low beams.
      TO BE HONEST, A moped's 25w light on high beam also creates more or less same glare for oncomming drivers. Same goes for a uber wagonr with 3 passengers in rear and hedlight leveler dial set on 1.
      The propper sollution - Germany has complete controll on this glare thing. Manufacturers are required to make headlights with headlights washers and auto leveler installed in all cars no matter what. BMW or Volvo or Octavia or Ford Enderavour, all comes with auto level headlight means no matter how high the speed breakers comes or any pothole on the way, headlight will keep horizon maintaed all the time, using gyro sensons.

      True that.. I had asked Milind to pass me from front couple of times and he didn't get any glare on his eyes.. have recorded all this but didn't add it to the video as had difficult time managing the video length.. maybe a follow up video on this will help.
