Interesting how the irreverent comedy genre about teens and 20-somethings had such a big comeback in the late 90s and early 2000s. I think we live in far too PC and cynical a world for this sort of thing now.
One of the greatest comedies of all time. Its not funnier than most great comedies but it holds a special place in my heart for the nostalgia. I loved seeing l.a. the way it was before all the crap that's happened today as well. 10/10

Jesse and Chester would have known what it looked like but, (as they and others were saying) they were all "wasted" (drunk).
