How to Remove & Replace Shifter Light Bulb - 2005 Subaru Outback

Today I show you how to remove and replace the shifter light bulb on my Subaru Outback XT. To my knowledge, this process is same for the following:
2005 Subaru Outback (All trims)
2006 Subaru Outback (All trims)
2007 Subaru Outback (All trims)

I couldn't help but notice the nifty double din HU with the auto climate controls. ^.^
How's you end up doing that? Only solution I've found requires about $400 BEFORE buying the actual head unit.
Edit: I didn't know there was a bulb either.
