McKenzie Press Up Standing Against a Wall

  • This is a different version of the Mckenzie press up extension exercise. This is a great alternative for those disc related conditions that necessitate frequent exercise but don’t have a place to lay on your stomach.
    Be sure to walk your feet closer to the wall for those conditions that are very acute. As your pain starts to resolve you can move your feet further away as this will allow for greater extension.

    If its inappropriate to lay down to stretch then hip thrust the wall. Great idea.
