Wow, this is really interesting, especially cause I have bought a packet of 10 of these Multitrans papers but haven't given it a try yet. I use an HP laser printer with Ghost white toner (that I interchange with the black toner place) and I send to pint from a Mac computer . Do you have special software to manage from Mac? Thanks for all the helpful tips at the end.

Hello Maximus, no this is a transfer media that you can transfer onto colored to dark colored mugs which makes it so special. It's called Multi-Trans and works with CMYK or White Toner Laser Printers.
Did you use Isopropanol? We recommend using this to remove the cloudy backgrounds. Obviously, we cannnot be sure about what your steel cups are made from, so the natural solution is to ask our support team. support@forever-ots.com They will be happy to help. You will just need to provide them with all the information about your steel cups as you can.
I use forever transfer to add pictures to the mug , which is made of 304 stainless steels , mug to press : 140 °， 180 seconds , but the transferred cup has a lot of cloud background and cannot be cleaned by isopropanol . be there any solution ?Look forward to your reply.

There are special coatings that you can layer over the printed mugs for better wash resistance. However, this is due to your own preference. We do not recommend any special ones. From our own experience, we can only confirm that matt mugs are more washable.

Dear Lorraine Williams, Sublimation coatings differ from laser coatings. Toner Transfers prefer a slightly softer coating or rougher surface so the toner can bond better. Some sublimation coatings are really hard and can even be repellent to toner. In regards of scratch-fastness, especially matt finish / satin finish mugs are outstanding. Pretty simple: 1 stage counts the time as soon as you close and does not account for the temperature drop that happens when you insert a cold mug. 2 stage mug press accounts for the temperature loss when you insert a mug and as soon as the press with the mug comes back to your target temp, it starts counting down the time.

Yes, it works with CMYK and CMYW laser printers. The only difference is, that you only can print and transfer white with the CMYW laser printer.
Can this transfer be used with a mug wrap and convection oven?

We need a minimum of pressure to transfer it onto the mug. Thats why we recommend to use a mugpress.
