您好,吃不完的麵包可以密封後放冰箱冷凍起來(不是冷藏)。需要吃的時候拿出來加蓋子用微波爐加熱幾十秒,中途翻動一下。或者也可以用烤爐復烤一下。你可以試一下這兩個方法,麵包依然柔軟好吃

您好,這款麵包因為高蛋高油,所以組織很鬆散,口感比較像蛋糕不似普通吐司,加上因為用免揉的方法所以筋度不是太高,切片不太容易呢。
