I strongly agree with a lot with what Qaiser Imam Sahab had to say, that being said i would further say that the this actually the difference between a firm lawyer living in a bubble and an actual Lawyer.

bhai simple solution: target de do k aik young lawyer agr 6 maah mein itny case nahi krta tou usko fine hoga. us mein pehle aik 2 case senior ki zimaydari honi chaiye. aur baqi us young lawyer ki apni.

I think this not compensation for Junior Lawyer it's gaining votes from lawyers
1:28:00 madam, with due respect. havw you heard of house job? in the medical profession. there is an established pay for the house officer. legal profession which in itself is the go to area to deal with law, why shouldnt there be a min salary for law interns?
