A shopkeeper in utilising the realestate for the purpose of conducting a commercial transaction takes into account the state of the mind of a potential client/customer.
In particular the point of view taken by a customer to convince his/her own mind of the intentions of the seller in manners of how the product is presented for customers viewing.
If a flick knife was displayed on a window (critical part of commercial realestate for advertising purpose), it ought to have been to generate commercial interest in the minds of potential customers. That behaviour is also indicative of the entrepreneurial bent of a businessman.
If it were placed on the window, merely to serve a purpose not anything beyond display of the knife, the concerned realestate would have been titled perhaps 'Museum' or 'Art Gallery'.
