In order to get the most out of somali food you gotta get every piece with every bite not forgeting the ribe banana, the sauce and the lime, and wash it down with isbarmuuto, or any other juice of your choice. Items on their own dont make much taste especially the rice and the spegetti. Combination of the different tastes at once is the trick. Use the hot spices in moderation as well so as not to overwhelm your taste buds. In 12th centuary, Ibnu Batuta described eating rice and banana in mogadishu somalia as a guest. I would give 3 points to Brothers restaurant for making such a low grade somali food and service.

You supposed to eat a little bit of the banana with the food and u mix it not eat it separate. U eat like a teaspoon of banana for a handful of rice
