Who doesn't love a 767 such an iconic plane glad united and delta still fly these daily
I think You're the best trip reporter in TH-cam, Because you not only show the flight experience, but Also the landscape and the Little details sometimes and that makes me feel like i'm the one Flying!
Thanks a lot, Fabián! It means a lot these kind of comments!!
Glad that you enjoy these videos so much!! :))
Him and Simply Aviation are probably the best. Maybe SA is a bit better idk this guy is very very good
Thank you for a great flight. The B767 is a very pleasant aircraft in which to fly, and it was interesting to see the B767/3 at Newark with winglets. I don’t think 767s were ever built with winglets, but several operators had them fitted later. B.A had 767s with Rolls Royce engines, and they were very rare birds, and never had winglets fitted !
Thanks so much!
Yeah, the B767 is a very pleasant airplane for long-haul. I really liked it. And the 2-3-2 config really makes the difference with others like the B787.
United Airlines and Delta Airlines and the other two Japanese carriers ( ANA and Japan Airlines) they really taking care of their 767’s doesn’t matter the aircraft age. They keep theirs plane in good maintenance check and repair. Also LATAM from Chile too
767 is my fave airliner, underrated and most comfortable on long haul. And with the cabin pressure of the 787 it would be ideal.

Fabulous video of United! Very cool to see a video of the rare 767-400 =D
United is the best airline in the US!
Well, I don't know if they are the best, but what I can say clearly is that I always great experinces flying with them :)
Cómo siempre, un excelente reporte de vuelo. Vistas espectaculares. Gracias por compartir. Que tengas una buena semana. Saludos 👍
The best thing of Boeing 767 is that you have 4 overhead bins for only 7 people in a row. When i flew back from Cancun on saturday with BA Boeing 777-200ER in a 10 seat configuration, it was really hard to find storage.
That's a very good appreciation. I didn't think about that, but you are absolutely correct :)
great video as always have never seen the mini ice burges off the coast of canada before brilliant. brian d.
Excellent
One of your best reports. I love your reports but this was especially beautiful because of the great landscape over the Atlantic. United Is a good airline and your trip confirms this.
Thanks for sharing.
Feliz semana!
I'm actually pretty lucky to catch these 767 400ERS a lot since my home airport is Newark.
Good trip report. I like it when you fly long-haul flights because there it's more interesting than only in Europe. And it is very good to show the route on the map. Also it is nice to see Sea Ice. Really that are thousands of icebergs? I didn't know it so far. Yeah, lots of United planes in EWR.
Thanks a lot, Simon! Really glad that you enjoy these Trip Reports so much! :)
Well, there are not the type of icebergs that you might imagine. The majority are just "small" chunks of ice that are not a danger for any boat and they usually stay together. But yeah, technically speaking there are millions of little icebergs :)
great review greetings from the netherlands
Thanks, Brigitte!
Actually, I've recently flown from Amsterdam to Johannesburg with KLM!
Trip Report coming soon! Stay tuned! :)
Omigod!! Thanks for this trip report. I’ll be flying on this kind of aircraft in December 2022, from GRU(São Paulo) to IAD (Washington DC).
Edit: When I was writing this, this exact aircraft was flying from IAD to MAD, on Flight UA163
Absolutely amazing report Lucas 🌟✈🌟 I love this....great work 👏 many thanks 👍 have a nice weekend Lucas ....warm greetings 💞🌼😎🌼👋....X Betsy....
UNITED IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!
Will be flying United to Madrid on this type of aircraft but from Washington DC in just three days! I am beyond excited!
Amazing trip report, out of curiosity why did you overlay the video with the engine sound fwd of the wing instead of where you were sitting?
Nice trip report- flying 767-400 isn’t common. I hope to fly United too one day.
It really surprised me how comfortable the plane was. I guess it's mainly because of the seat configuration, which is perfect on the aisles. Looking forward to trying the other B767-400 over the Atlantic: the Delta Airlines one :)
I did this route on the same airline and same airplane I believe in 2010, it was my first travel overseas and was amazing experience to see the east coast full of snow, not to mention how big the US is.
Wow! That's already a long time ago!
Hope you got some nice memories back! 😊
Despegue largo ¿no?
Thank you…
Funny how my almost exact same flight route took 1,5 hours shorter than yours (Flying from Amsterdam to EWR). You've got an amazing camera though to get that much detail while zooming in :O.
The winds over the Atlantic can be really strong sometimes, with the jetstream always flowing towards Europe, so these flights from EU to USA can take a lot sometimes :)
Actually it's not a proper camera, but my Smart Phone. (Info on the description of every video) :)
Assisti o vídeo todo com muita atenção. Ótimo trabalho.
Atenção United: precisa limpar as telas dos monitores.
Awesome trip report. The B764 is an awesome aircraft, I've only flown it with Delta. Still have United left. :)
Delta refurbished their B764 aircraft in the last 2 years and they’re great. Highly recommend traveling in delta premium or comfort plus. The suites up front are fantastic if you can afford that.
@@OnBoardHD If you don't mind, please explain what a 764 is? I thought it was a 767, 757, 777, 787, 747, 737, 727, 707 etc.......never knew about 764. I'm an aviation enthusiast and wanna learn. But I'm thinking it must be like a hybrid of the B-767?
Thanks.
@@freddyferrillo9704 Sure, no problem.
B764 ia juat the short way of callibg the B767-400. The same applies to B763 or B762.
On Airbus you see it on: A330-200 is called A332; A350-900 is called A359.
Have a nice weekend ✈️
I found your flight that was back there that you fly on first time in flightradar24
Nice journey and very good explaining. But I have a question. From where you have all the information about all the airplanes in the airport which you travel by its.
Thank you.
Saludos
A great report, like always Lucas.I only didn't understand the surprise United and Delta on their long haul flights are in the same level of any European airlines specially ones like Iberia or TAP.Altough their business product may lose to Swiss, air France or BA for instance.
In long-haul, based on my experience, the catering on AA and Delta was clearly at a lower level than the European ones.
I think you’re right about the Titanic🤣🤣🤣
I'm really impressed that you were able to determine the destination of all those other airplanes you passed at each airport. Were you able to read the registration numbers, is that how you did it? (I sure couldn't read most of those registrations.)
Vera nacy cloud, i love blu sky. I'm Laércio from Florianópolis Brasil.
i have a question what do you use to learn all the detail of the planes like when they were made and stuff and theyre first flight
There are several websites on the internet that give you that info just with the airplane registration :)
Hello friend, I love your channel, it is very entertaining, I love your trips and every place you visit.thank you for taking us to every corner of the world through the window of each seat, I'm addicted to your videos, One question brother, how many countries have you visited? And how many planes have you been on? And which airlines? Greetings from the Dominican Republic brother 🙋🏻♂️🇩🇴.
7h57 min not 8 hours. Thats cool!
Haha Yeah, that number comes from the pilot's Operational Flight Plan, which takes into account the route, winds expected, temperatures... etc Of course, it's an ideal time because to get that, everything should be exactly as planned, which never happens. But it's a very good approximation to the real flight time :)
The 767-400ER is a rare type, as only 37 were built, 21 for Delta and 16 for Continental. (Continental's became United's with the merger in 2012)
Did hear right, engine roar at behind the wing at takeoff?!
The people that don’t look at those views are too caught up in the stresses of life and they’re taking it for granted.
As a side note, they announced yesterday (June 10) that the United States will no longer require a COVID-19 test to enter the United States. International airlines have been begging for this for several months now.
i recommend you should do phuket to doha via singapore with singapore airlines and qatar airways
What did you drink on the flight? It looks like ua went back to not giving the full can
Enjoy while you can - the United 764s are going to get the Polaris upgrade starting this year!
@@OnBoardHD They will change out the blue sidewalls for white sidewalls. I prefer the old Continental Blue sidewalls, they give a cozier ambience than the white ones, especially if crew don't make use of mood-lighting.
Is this the 767-400 or 767-400ER? Or are they the same plane?
What about the wingelets?
The shape of the wingtip makes it not necessary to fit them. Like on the B787, for example.
El 767-400 para mí es muy raro jeje
If you're looking into more architecture and giant buildings then NYC and Chicago will provide you that and are huge cities. For beaches and tropical lifestyle check the states of California or Florida.
I'm really looking forward to visiting those cities. I've recently flown to O'Hare, but just on a connecting flight. Trip Report coming soon to the channel!
Hope you've enjoyed today's one! :)
Amanda and i just got back to Dallas from Tenerife. We where on United's inaugural flight EWR - TFS and returned on the 12th. I sats 27a on the 757 and i was very impressed with United's international serive. Great and friendly crew. Great food (especially for an airline). And of course how can you not love the 757.
Yeah! I've read on many websites about the inaugural flight. I tried to be on that flight but at the end, it was impossible for me. I'm looking forward to flying the United B757 long-haul.
I hope you had a great time in Tenerife! :)
@@OnBoardHD we had a blast. the united service was top notch both going and the return flight. the food was very good. we sat in economy right behind the wings (i like watching the flaps and spoilers). been almost 10 yrs since i was last on a 757 and 1st time ever on it for more than 2 hrs. it lived up to the hype. if you get a chance to get on one of United's flights to TFS i highly recommend you doing that.
@@dannycnoble That's great to hear! 😊
Actually, I've flown somw weeks ago on the United 757 (but the -300 series) from LAX to Denver. Report coming soon as well.
Might be this the first time I read you in the comments?
If that's the case, welcome to OnBoardHD ✈️✈️
Feliz semana!! ✈️✈️
767 economy is always good compare to other fleet
It really surprised me how comfortable the B767 is for long-haul. I also flew with United EWR-LAX on the B763 and the flight was really nice as well. (Report coming soon to the channel). :)
the ice fields were spectacular great to have such a clear view of them, suggestion for trip Westjet are flying 737 max direct from Dublin to Toronto
So what are the rankings of the long-haul economy among the three US airlines?
Based on my experience, which is not very extensive, I could not set a general ranking. If we talk about the catering only, once again based on my experience for crossing the Atlantic: United - AA - Delta.
But I definitely need more flights to really be able to say something reliable.
Hermosisimas vistas! Muchas gracias.
Es incomprensible a veces....
Me alegra que te haya gustado tanto!
Feliz semana!
You didn’t explain about why the 767-400 doesn’t have winglets. You probably forgot LoL 😂
The shape of thw wingtip makes them not necessary. Similat to what happens on the B787 ✈️
The 767-400ER has 'raked wingtips' like you also see on the 777-300ER. Same idea as a winglet but different design.
What about the plane not having winglets?
Yeah, I forgot to put it.
The shape of the wingtip makes them not necessary, as it happens on the B787 ✈️
I've never flown on United Airlines before I wonder where they make flight destinations to
United Airlines mainly serves the United States. Their headquarters is in Chicago and their main hubs are Newark, Washington Dulles, Chicago O'Hare, Houston, Denver and San Francisco.
@@tomsmith5584 That's true but what I'm asking is where do they fly people
USA hubs…Newark (New York), Chicago, Washington, Houston, Denver, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Guam.
United serves many international markets…Europe, Asia, Mexico, Central America, South America, Canada, the Caribbean and more.
Yes! Been waiting for a United Airlines Trip report for a while. Nice too see the 767 still in operation! What a beauty!
Great! So this one will be ypur Trip Report!
Premiere in a few minutes!! ✈️✈️
Strange ice fields. First time I see ice floating like that.
I love the B767. In its prime it was underrated.
They are there all the year. During summer they decrease and increase again in size during winter.
Have a nice week!
Wow United airlines love them
I watched the stream but couldn’t get to put a comment on the Live Chat because it wasn’t working, nice video by the way
