This campaign is probably over, but there is one thing you could have done: you could have dowed some OPM, full seiged the to 100 warscore, and then "lose" by giving them a peace deal where you revoke 1 reform. [dunno if that peace option is in MEIOU] Or can't you just add provinces to the empire to get the authority up?
I know we have a second episode coming up, but it just seems rather anti-climactic after you made such gigantic empires in the past, you know? That's why I still encourage you to try out the ET mod some time and have a campaign to just devour the whole world itself with a custom made country of Dovskaland, Dovskania, or Dovskastan. It may take maybe 2 or even 3 episodes to complete but I think it would be worthwhile. Keep playing hard friend :)
Dovska how do you get the mod of MEIOU and taxes 2.0 to work, mine does not have a editor file, it only has a folder, it cannot be selected or found on the launcher.
You're probably running an incompatible version of EUIV. In steam right click on EUIV > Properties > Betas and select a compatible version (EUIV v.1.24.x.) If you have any EUIV unit packs you will also have to download MEIOU compatibility modules otherwise you will have very large unit models in game. Alternatively you can just disable the DLC. If you have any questions go to the MEIOU&T subforum and you will typically get a very timely reply. You can also download the mod from this sub-forum, as well as find many submods and preview future updates.

I don't get why Lithuania start's out with all of its vassals barred from integration. I get the Western part being autonomous witht he whole dual monarchy thing, but the Ruthenian vassals getting special treatment doesn't make sense to me.

In mod you only can add provinces to HRE that were part of it so can't really conquer to gain IA.
