i would love to try and help out. Is there any chance you’re in Ohio? unfortunately, the way the license laws are written here in the states i can only practice inside my state and for at least the time being that includes virtual consultations as well. i think that changes in the future…🤞

I have what feels like temple pain for over 7 months. I’m hoping it’s a neck issue. Been focusing on the temporalis and jaw issue but might not be that. Initially right before the pain happened I felt a jolt up to the top of my head like electrical. My head is usually cranked to the left when I lie on the couch and I’ve been playing Vr tennis.

Make sure you get checked out by a health professional rule out bad things and try to figure out what's causing it to be there so long! The upper neck can drive jaw pain or the jaw can drive neck pain. You have to figure out who's the chicken vs. the egg if that makes sense?

Get it checked out! Find a good PT to screen for anything bad and help you identify what could be driving the pain to be there for so long.
