I hooked up a hose to my lawnmower and no more gophers. I previously tried traps and poison(over a year!), they did not work. Gassing them with my lawnmower did in about 20 minutes. I only had one gopher. This machine would work too!
Use it early in the morning to spot new holes, do the field , come back a week later hit new holes and they come popping up out of nowhere. Had 1 shoot 12 inches in the air trying to get away from the smoke.
might be a slight public health risk, hahahaha.. they do make this thing called the rodenator that injects air and propane into a hole and detonates it.. check out some of the online videos if you want a good laugh.. lol
if you have a heavy infestation, I get around a 60% or so success rate if I move the machine every five minutes. I am fairly certain I killed almost 2000 gophers in two weeks with this machine in an area of 32 acres that carried a heavy infestation. I almost completely wiped them out to the last gopher
I cleared a heavy infestation off of almost 32 acres. It would take some time, and plenty of effort, but the Gopher X (now Burrow X) will get the job done eventually
@@RedZerom I am not a hundred percent sure, I believe we have the BRX 1, the old 208CC unit. it works fine, I think they have some truck mounted ones and then a smaller carry around option? probably size is the main difference between the three machines.
you could.. doubt you would be able to pressurize a whole gopher burrow system though.. i've had blow outs with the indicator almost a hundred yards off, have blown smoke two houses distant before.. good luck with that with a 5 hp engine and a garden hose..
less work? less cost? control say, three or four thousand gophers a year with the gopher hawk, and time the whole process. multiply that by about 30$ an hour for your minimum wage applicator including work comp and insurance, etc.. then add in the liability for municipalities, golf courses etc including legal fees.. and add in some method of controlling your ground squirrels around structures, and the true cost savings of the G X will become more apparent..
Love that machine I work for a Park District and we have two of them. They help out a lot.
This machine is an honest game changer!

I have heard mixed results from other types of small engines, this thing straight up kills the hell out of the gophers though..
Rip 🪦 lol 😆 good stuff bro..
bye bye...

fairly simple process...
What mode are you using?? Thinking of buying one and starting up my own pest control business. Hope all is well.
I think this is the old 35 model. they have a bunch of them now, this one is easy enough to use though, it would certainly be a good call for a PCA
You should have used C4 like Carl did in Caddy Shack, LOL

What’s the success rate on this and how many times you have to treat the holes like that?

@@werftv4580 I’d like to see that video.
@@Thegophergetters not much to see, sad to say.. the mounds just stop coming up.. lol
Hello we have 5 acres of land infested with gophers, would you recommend this machine or the perc? This really works?

@@werftv4580 thanks for the fast replay but in their web page they have three machines, what is the difference between them?

Could you not do the same thing with a garden hose and car exhaust?

Use a V8. I do.
New method of getting bait, Coach? lol
I am not that desperate for bait.. HAHAHAHA
Cost to much, but great idea.
depends on how big of a problem you have.. hard to kill a thousand gophers via most methods in any reasonable amount of time...
@@werftv4580 - I would agree. Or if you wanna go into business doing this. I’d buy something like this if it was sub $200.
@@rickburns4572 I think that harbor freight has some kind of ghetto version, doubt it works anywhere near as well as this thing though
it can hardly kill gopher, who will escape.
telling you.. I killed at least a thousand in a couple weeks running this machine...
Good bye gophers
damn thing works, I tell you.. lol
Gopher hawk way less work and cost.

Uh oh lol
A CO pump is no joke.. lol.. kill em all
thats legal?! and in california yet, wow.
loophole in the law.. it's not a pest control chemical, but a pest control method.. there is a difference here! thanks for coming by
there was another startup by a guy in nevada and he got shut down in california. it is considered cruel and unusual punishment
carbon monoxide vs carbon dioxide.. ah yes.. there is a difference.. CO2 is illegal in CA as a pest control method, CO works far faster...
@@werftv4580 ...Do you think this is more effective than Weevil cide?
@@werftv4580 ...And is this effective in orchards where there are hundreds of holes?
