AM I correct ? but also rules say work should be at least 30 hours a week so I am confused..Can I be laid off some weeks in a year and complete the 1560 hours in lets say 1,5 years time ?
I have a question about the International Graduate Program Do I still qualify if I get two separate degrees or diplomas? Example I first do a 1 year post graduate diploma and do another 1 year post graduate diploma Or must it be a continuous 2 years program?

For example: I'm an architect (NOC A) but to immigrate I'd gladly take a job in a restaurant (NOC 0 or B) or any other kind of job just to immigrate and settle in Canada. Only one year
It is advised you stay until you get your citizenship. If you leave the province that sponsored your PR you might have issues with your citizenship.

ECA is required for all streams except it is a Canadian certificate/degree
WES does process High School diplomas/certificates

Yes, you can. You'll need to apply for SOWP for spouse or study permit for child(ren).

As long as it is a publicly funded institution in the Atlantic provinces, you are good to go.

Yes it does. As long as you can get a letter from your PPA that details you duties and the duration.
