This is a great racing driver. He got pole at Imola in a Lotus Renault which was a shitty car , McLaren Honda and Williams Renault a hard to drive car without active suspension.
His pole streak was broken by Williams Renault of Mansell 92 and Prost 93 and it needed active suspension. That's what made Senna the greatest among the best.

Direi proprio di no.....chi c'è stato all'epoca afferma che Senna l'unico che faceva il tratto delle due di Lesmo senza alzare il piede..... Né Mansell, né Prost.

non sono sicuro che anche gli altri la facevano pieno. Interessante invece l`anno prima perchè in quell'occasione Honda ha pubblicato la telemetria del giro di qualifica dei due piloti. bisogna sapere che fino a mezzogiorno pioveva e la pista non era completamente asciutta. tuttavia tutti sulle slick. perchè la mossa strana di pubblicare i dati? vi erano dei sospetti che la Honda favorisse Senna a discapito di Prost. in effetti la differenza sul giro era notevole, parliamo di 1,7 sec. ebbene, dai dati è emerso che Senna faceva la sconda di Lesmo 19 kmh più veloce di Prost, però alla fine del rettilineo cioè prima della frenata per l'Ascari la differenza si era assottigliata fino a 1kmh! altro che differenza di motori, in quella specifica occasione, la differenza la faceva Senna nelle curve e specialmente in quella curva.
