Can you comment for surround speakers? Was thinking of this solution to run powered surrounds avoiding demolition of my home theater room thanks. Great video.
I need to test and measure using REW with and without wires before I can give proper comments on surrounds. One thing I can say without testing is the frequency range of this 6 Hz to 22,000 Hz which covers speaker range as well.
The input connection to your bose system is made to the soundbar which basically takes all frequencies as input. For this adapter, the specs page show the rated frequency response for transmission is 6 Hz to 22,000 Hz. This means it should work with almost all analog system connections as it can transmit low as well as high frequencies. Make sure you currently use the analog R L inputs on the bose soundbar and not the digital connections such as the optical input.
Thanks sir. There could be alternative options available in India but I'm not sure. I would measure the response using at least your receivers calibration microphone to make sure whatever adapter you buy is not loosing a lot of bass. Good luck!

And what about delay? Would It be acceptable in wireless option?
The AV Receiver during calibration measures the delay and adjusts accordingly. The latency is not noticeable at all.
I have a bose cinemate 15 does this work with mine
