I just posted an appreciation post about these Judges on the FF subreddit and now this video poppoed out on my feed. Nice! I really love these characters. They look so badass and the lore is great as well.
Right. I would have loved to see more of their backstory. Maybe how they got appointed and where they came from (apart from gabranth since we know most about him)
I think their true power is shown when they work together. That final fight , the superboss form, was an absolute nightmare solidifying itself as the hardest fight in non-online FF history.

I think Drace and Zargabaath being in charge of the Nalbina event is out of character for both... so I wouldn't consider the manga canon (it's made by other creators). Great to have added Zecht, he's the start of it all. I like your channel!
I do love how they actually flesh these characters out as human and make them seem reasonable despite technically being villains. Except Bergan. That guy’s a dick.
I think what I liked about them was that even though they seemed to have different backstories, they all shared that ambition and desire to reach their goals. Ghis was to discover the power of nethicite Gabranth and Drace to protect Larsa, with additional goals of gabranth getting revenge on basch and drace upholding the law, even if she had to desert Vayne Bergan was the most loyal to vaynes vision as he was willing to fall influence to the power of the mist. You could say the same with zecht until the incident at nabudis Zaargabaths main focus was to maintain the law and order, but was still honorable as we saw at the end of the game
Off topic but this is a newer video so I thought I would mention this here I hate completed almost all of my hunts and several sidequests So when I started playing today imagine my surprise when many of those hunts and side quests were not completed You probably think I forgot to save right? Well guess what 1. The things I'm redoing have been spread out all over the game from the beginning up into where I am right now (about to get on the Strahl for Ridorana) 2. I still have all of the items that I was awarded for completing all of the things that I am now doing for a second time. For instance I just got my second Ring of Renewal for completing the sisters quest again! All I know is this game keeps crashing when I got to the license board I don't know if that has something to do with it or not Repeating crap is a pain but doubling up on rewards is nice Any explanation?

Wasnt balthier a judge as well?
Balthier was a Judge, not a judge magister. Pretty much judge is a captain or coronel and judge magister is a general.
