Fishing is a lottery. On the dark, desolate seas for months & months, fishermen have one of the toughest jobs in the world. Today there is a catch, tomorrow it may not be - so say the people of the water.

So which part of the Pacific they stealing fish from
The part no one else goes
Why call it stealing? The ocean is vast and if you are game why not? People got to survive
Bearing sea by the looks
@@antocuares5022here in New Zealand we have lost many species of fish because of over fishing. For many many years the native Māori lived here and it was very important to them that they only take what they need. I’m sure you can see why large fisheries aren’t very welcome. I’ve seen them out in my boat over 50 large net ships circling New Zealand just in international waters so there’s nothing we can do.
They are Russian they steal from everywhere they go
Thank you for sharing. We are all brothers as fishermen around the world.
This was a fantastic look at the russians from these fishing villages and grew into cities....etc. A great look at their lives and work....GREAT DOCUMENTARY!!!!!!

Pretty sure you wouldn’t be making good money as a Russian fisherman
around 2000-3000 usd per month I believe. considering cost of living in russia its more than enough: 1 liter of gas $0,70; cell phone plan with unlimited internet $10 per month etc
He may be a good captain but not when it comes to his body. Too much vodka, yoo many potatoes , too much bread. Drop it all and youll be a real captain.
Your just mean....u have no idea what this man in his tough culture has had to deal with to survive in his job and care about his crew and their families. We are looking at the culture of Russia here
Are you a fisherman? Captain?
This is a stupid comment I would say it can get depressing and very hard to do what he does. He feeds lots of people including his family
