Put on the MBRP Exhaust S48023CF Pro Series Cat Back Exhaust System 3 in. Dual Split Rear Exit T304 Stainless Steel Race Version Incl. 3.5 in. OD Dual Out Carbon Fiber Tips Pro Series Cat Back Exhaust System on my just purchased 2018 STI. That paired with a kick-ass stereo and we are happening!! Bought as a grocery getter and I can't stop driving it, so much fun with sound. Well done MBRP
Looks great. For the VA chassis cars, I think dual single tips work better, and oval (like the EVO) vs round. Even though 2 4" round tips fit in the exhaust cutout, it is a really tight fit and doesn't leave much room for adjustment. There are very few dual single tip offerings for the VA chassis, which is a shame.
Hey MBRP I just ordered this exhaust for my 2021 wrx STI. The car is bone stock. I am wondering if I will need any extra gaskets or hardware for install. Thanks!
@@MBRPexhaust-TV...um, the white car in this video is a STi (big wing, 19" mesh alloy wheels, unequal length header burble...this white car is a STI...says so on the trunk. 🧐
@@K03sport the seats on the headrest says sti also. And i Didnt see j pipe under the car. Mbrp trying to fool car enthusiasts. They going to respond they installed unequal length headers on the wrx. This is coming off kinda harsh to mbrp. But i want a car enthusiast company making parts for car enthusiasts.
@@MBRPexhaust-TV thanks for the response. can't wait either! It seems like MBRP is a less known brand in the wrx/sti community. Especially in my area. I started looking at your products after a buddy of mine put one of your systems on his truck. Sounds mean, looks great, took him about 20 minutes to install. Plus your pricing is decent. Purchased mine for those reasons and judging by the clips here it sounds great. Can't wait to hear it in person.
@@MBRPexhaust-TV day 1 with this exhaust on the car. I love it. Everything I hoped for and then some. I have seen and heard sti's with borla, invidia, and tomei exhaust systems and this one sounds better for a bit less money. What's not to like?
Hey looks like MBRP deleted their comment. I have the same question. I just ordered this exhaust for my 21’ wrx sti. I’m wondering if I need any extra hardware / gaskets before I bring it into the shop as they told me to make sure I have all needed hardware. Any help ?
Two 3" straight pipes (from the y-pipe) out to the back would be great; i.e. no quad tips, just (two) 3" single wall (slant or straight cut) tip(s) in the valance would also work. Bonus, a lot less welding and fabrication is needed since you/they/them don't have to muck with trying to tack a y-pipe on the end of another pipe.
This exhaust sounds deeper than all the other exhaust out there. Sounds nice

Small trunk means more trips to the grocery store... If only it were available as a wagon....🤔

Just purchased this exhaust for the 2021 wrx sti. Will I need a different gasket or anything? (Everything on car is stock)

How’s the drone ?
Any reason why you went from a 3” to 2.5”? Also is this available without the carbon fibre tips.

Is it possible to get a catback that has both the resonator and mufflers?
I believe the street series has the mufflers.
Can you just purchase the mid pipe? I already got the axle back
You should have plenty of flow with the stock mid pipe (which technically also contains the y-pipe, thing is like 7-8 feet long)
Tune required?
Never for a catback
This is an STI
