Walking on the Coronado Bridge in San Diego

This year we participated in the 37th Annual Navy Bay Bridge Run/Walk for the first time ever! I had been wanting to do this run/walk for a while because of the unique experience of walking/running over the Coronado Bridge on San Diego Bay. It was definitely worth it because this is the only time we get to do this! The run/walk starts between the Convention Center and the Hilton Bayfront, then you pass through Barrio Logan and onto the on ramp to the Coronado Bridge. The race ends in Coronado Island on the park right next to the bridge and it is a total of 4 miles. It is an easy walk/run that you can do with children and strollers, so we brought our two year-old daughter on a running stroller. It was such a fun experience and we will probably do it again!
