It's definitely a nice property (and a great video!) but at this price point those power lines should really be in the ground, especially when the view is one of the main selling points.
19,000 sqft??? You can’t trust a builder on square footage as they jack that number up sometimes from 20% to 100% or more. EXAMPLE: the builder of 10697 Somma Way (Bel Air) the builder claimed it was 40,000 sqft but the city tax record shows the true square footage is only being 25,281. The builder jacked up the square footage by 60%. That property started out at $100 million. Now it is being auctioned off with a starting bid at only $30 million.
This is why you really have to be savy and have the right agent amongst other professionals and consultants when that much money is involved in a transaction..
My most favorite finishes but that master bath is super narrow and those power lines are the death of the house. The neighborhood is super ghetto compared to this place. I do love this house a lot but not for that much. I'd hire the designer/contractor to build in a nicer area for sure.
@@johngreydanus2033 usually they dont sell for the asking price but the house would be more elegant if its bigger same design and maybe sitting on 5 acres

Stunning. Love the arched steel doors, the vaulted and coffered ceilings, and the water features in the garden.

Pretty small kitchen for a 45 million dollar house.

If Williams & Williams are the brokers there is no way the owner will get $45 million.
You are not a fan of theirs?
@@SketchDesignDevelopment They are part of the problem so many of these properties go into bankruptcy, and then sell for pennies on the dollar.
Not for 45 million 35 million sounds better
But.... depends if you are buying or selling, ho ho ho
