If you can spend over 20 million bucks on a town house you dont worry about the 1000 dollars for a parking place. The fact the house comes with a parking space already bumps its price up with more than a million. thats 83 years worth of parking. (and its probably more than a million dollar premium)

A private garage is a million dollar convenience especially one who appreciates fine automobiles. also an incredible perk for art and furniture movement, bicycles and a host of other needs. also you always have an open space to drop off, pick up, or park in front of. and of course endless entertainment of calling tow truck to attack the stupid peasants that try and park for a quick stop, this alone would be reason enough, i would have tow parties. the must invite of the Year!

The pieces for the “front of a ship” are actually cornices that go on each side at the top of a doorway & could date back to before the 1400’s! Besides the fascinating artwork, someone must have been heavily into archeology. Just amazing house! (P.S. You just insulted the Rolls Royce by calling it a Bentley, 😂

Sometimes there’ll be a large fancy one over an arched doorway in the middle, but there are far more used at each corner of tons of buildings. Their use goes back to at least the 14th century. I would love to go to a party there. Artists can be very eclectic, which makes them interesting. Great tour and great new series!
That house is hideous, since the car is inside the house and when you turn it on the fumes will fill the whole house. In addition to the obvious overpricing of the property, there is the inconsequential mix of Diogenes syndrome and maximalism, with the desire to fill every millimeter with something in a house that is already very small. There is such a quantity of things in that place that I don't know whether to call an antique collector or an EXORCIST. You can't take a shower without a haunted mask watching you.👹
This was a very cool episode. I think there's something to be said about the craftmanship of that era. All the wood work and brick is so beautiful. We have older architecture where I'm from, and one of the biggest crimes is tearing it all down to put a modern monstrosity in it's place.
