I live by myself on a budget, and I can't tell you how much your videos have helped me have extra money in my pocket each month, while still eating like a king!
I literally screamed at the middle of the video I never, ever thought about splitting my meals in half and just eating the rest whenever I feel like snacking you're an absolute genius
If you need a cookie, make them homemade...one cup PB, one cup sugar, and one egg...you can add chocolate chips... refrigerate for about 10 mins...i spread mine out in my cast iron skillet and just make one big cookie! Love your channel!
THANK YOU so MUCH! I cant even afford $25 a week but, this gives me some great ideas BE GRATEFUL for what GOD has Given you! LIFE could be worse much worse!
absolutely not at all related to the video but the curly half up piggytail situation you had going on in your hair in one of the clips was SO CUTE ON YOU!!!!
Ramen tip. A touch of ranch makes it creamy and have a touch of the ranch flavor it's bomb! A bottle could stretch a long time too or could be used for dipping with lots of other foods or put on veggies to make them more appealing to kids! I looooove ranch on cooked broccoli!
Putting frugality aside, I enjoy egg noodles with brown gravy, just as much as when beef is added. Gravies, whether they are beef, chicken or homemade white gravy, give so much flavor that is satisfying.
Gravy’s one of my favorite things about any meal. My Mama had gravy magic….mine’s pretty good but she was the gravy whisperer. I loved just gravy on bread for leftovers 😀
When I was broke I ate hot dogs wrapped in bread and toasted to make them like a huge pigs in blanket. That plus ramen and I went to 7-11 and got the lunch special of two hotdogs and a giant drink. Not much nutrition but always full.
I really appreciate you buying the food and showing us how you cook it. I was looking for a healthy dollar tree thing but the person just talked didn't show how to make what she was talking about. This way that you do it. It works well for me with widow's brain
Me too! I make this regularly. If I want to get fancy I add a layer of spinach in between the ravioli layers. Those ravioli are pretty good, especially for the price. I’m glad to find someone else who likes them too. 😊
I’m new to this channel and I gotta say your channel is by far one the best . Full of recipes and info . I’m binge watching all the videos! Hope this channel goes big !!! Great job !
I love your TNBC mug! I want one for myself! You always have such great ideas. Living in a low income, single income home, my husband and I always appreciate any and all recipes to help us stretch our dollars! Great video! Love from WI! 🙂🙂💖💖💯
We were raised without snacks. Occasionally we had a bowl of fruit to choose from all week. My mom fed us 3 meals a day or sometimes we got to eat at school. We spent our time outside playing on the playground or just roaming around playing cowboys and Indians or cops and robbers. I don't ever remember being hungry. We ate as much dinner or supper as we needed.
I was raised in the late 90s and early 00s and I remember my early childhood being a lot like this. Mostly because I was being watched by my grandparents a lot and they went by these same methods, 3 meals a day, sometimes a hard candy in between lol. My parents didn't have a lot of money too so it was the same situation at home. When I got a little older my mom relied on snacks and convenience foods a lot more.
Thank you again fir not calling it a challenge - we bulk ship 2-4 times a year and then limp our way through the rest of the times. I bulk shop canned and dry goods and then full my deep freezer with meats and frozen stuff we can afford
so i’m trying to be more frugal - your ideas are amazing- i’m also finiding some of the things i normaly buy are actually cheaper per oz at the dollar tree ….
U created beautiful cookies 🍪 i appreciate this video. Ive never seen any of ur content prior to this but bc of what /how im dealing with, I guess the algorithm pushed ur video out as something i might be interested in. A good support system is much needed. I have a small channel here on yt. Its my wish to offer hope & inspiration as well as just being real as to how I feel & how to manage through & just cope. Being ill & in pain, especially bc we don't look sick all the time, the judgements cause isolation. The struggles are real! Thank u for being honest 🌻 🌻
Where do you shop at dollar tree? I live in SimpsonvilIe South Carolina and the dollar tree in my town had only 2 of the products you used. I went in twice with no success. I told the employees they should start watching u-tube but they said management doesn't care what the customers want.
From what I understand the dollar trees get auto shipped inventory from corporate, the individual stores and managers don’t have control over what they are sent and it’s based on an algorithm
Have you has the Healthy Balance juice jugs? Would be a grwat thing to include they are so so delicious even after diluting them with water and dollar tree has a lot of flavors the whole things lasts quite awhile 😊❤
I have reservations about where my food comes from. Just wondering if you’ve had your blood work done when you eat only Dollar Tree food over a long period of time?
@@wryterzblock I didn’t mean it to sound rude at all. If I could, I would be shopping at Trader Joe’s or somewhere that I could buy organic. I can’t as I’m on disability with no food assistance. But I do use coupons and shop at Kroger. I can eat for $25 a week shopping from there. I am truly interested in seeing blood work particularly blood pressure/sodium levels of those that eat only dollar store items.
"I'm just walking a mile in someone else's shoes". That is a very compassionate way to approach these videos. Thanks for that
I live by myself on a budget, and I can't tell you how much your videos have helped me have extra money in my pocket each month, while still eating like a king!
Me too!! I can't believe how good, and satisfying her recipes are!! Spent $45, and have food for 6 weeks!! Amazing 🥂

I am loving the ravioli lasagne! So easy, I use 2 packages of ravioli in an 8x8 pan and get 4 servings

I'd love to see how you did your hair on day one, it looks like you had it put up and then took it down and had all the curls

Nice job! 😋
You rock red! Thanks for all your great ideas.🙂
Ok I’m definitely making the ramen and tostada filling 🤤 that’s a proper hook up
It looks yummy. I am going to make it without the beef.

❤ more of these please so yummy 😋
I really liked this video-for some people a dollar tree is their only food option. Have you ever crunched the numbers regarding calories etc?
Can you do health and beauty related videos? Budget friendly? Also I have learned too cook just by watching you I love your videos to!
The Knorr sides are $1.16 at my Walmart.
❤❤❤

Can that lemon water be served cold?
