I watch many boat overviews I’m not a big fan of the way you describe the boats. It doesn’t do the boat justice. But thank you for showing us the boats we love to see.
I watched the owner's video on this boat from 3 months ago. He has done a beautiful job on this boat. It does hurt that it does not have a water maker or thrusters.
Beth, I’ve watched several of your videos and have a comment or two for your consideration. Please give the viewers the tank capacities for fuel, water, grey and black tanks if applicable. Are any manufacturers warranties or extended warranties still in force? Has a survey been done on the vessel? Hours on the generator(s) and engines plus hours since any major rebuild. Time since the bottom has been cleaned and painted. Suggested ideas purely to help you improve the quality of your videos. Thanks.
Thank you for your comments! I will include some of the facets to my videos, however, in the description( below the video if watched on a computer or mobile device) typically includes a link to the listing with all of the information along with the price.
I’ve dreamed my entire life about these boats. Growing up on the Chesapeake Bay these boats are legendary. The 53 is my all time favorite boat. Currently I’m saving the money living on a sailboat. We are in the market for a boat 40-48 as it’s just 2 of us. Hatteras is always my first choice but my budget looks Marine Trader 40 with a single engine would be best. Gotta Dream and this 56 is worthy…
I list the price at the bottom in the description but don't state it in the video because prices change and the video will not update to reflect the change.

All wide body yachts give up the side decks for a wider salon. Extended decks are lengthwise. This yacht is stretched from 53 feet to 56 feet from the factory. It has a longer salon and not wider. Also to note these models came with 8v71s twin turbo for these later years. The last of the series had 6v92’s. So someone upgraded the motors probably in the early 1990’s. A lot more power than the original motors, which is a nice and expensive upgrade. Beautiful boat and you give a nice tour.👍
Nice boat. I love the interior wood finishes, but this boat is absurdly overpriced for a 1981 with its original 8v71Ti motors (which were already obsolete in 1981). Cruising at 14 knots at 70 mph is no bueno. At this price point, one can buy a much newer, faster, and more efficient boat.
You had me at the aft deck! 😍 I would never leave it.
So much room!
What a beautiful boat. Thank you for the virtual tour.
Thanks!

And quite possibly the most annoying voice in the marina!!!
Who calls a fuse panel " gorgeous" lol
Yeah, the owners video was much, much better

The finishes on the interior wood surfaces is amazing, it’s been beautifully redone with a high gloss finish that is like a mirror.
That is one beautiful boat and looks as is mint conditions with updates.
Very nice boat.
Beautiful boat.

Is this able to go under all the bridges for doing the loop and the ICW?
ICW yes, but not the loop.
Beautiful boat! Was there a water maker or tender? Bow/stern thrusters?
None of the above.

Wow ! A 43 yr. Old vessel and ur price is triple what it should be.
I just need a boat to allow a family of 4 to live at the Marina half a year and have enough room to host a few more. This looks like it.
This will do it!
@@bethsboattours where do you look for boats like this? Is There a website or a broker who can look for you?

Dear owner, a pair of reman 6 cyl. Cummins and the boat would be very desirable.
At 330,000 for that boat. You're out of your mind.

Stop going in slow motion
If you don't like it you can speed up the video to whatever speed you want.
Nice boat but it's not a wide boby.
Yes it is
Yes, it is a wide body.
This woman's accent is adorable! I can sit and chew the fat with her ALL day! 😆🤩

Then you are a glutton for punishment!!! I find her to be quite annoying.
