In this #webinar, Dr Longhua Guo discussed how regeneration leads to global age reversal in long-lived planarians. With over a decade of experience working with sexual planarians, considered "immortal" for their tissue regeneration abilities, his lab has been fundamental in studying their long lifespan, and interplay between ageing and regeneration. Dr Guo's work suggest multiple mechanisms mediating global rejuvenation, offering insights for for anti-ageing interventions in humans.
